Only needed the room for one night, arrived to pick up key which went smooth. The rooms were pretty cold, but had the essentials along with a shower with thankfully hot water (after having it on for a while). Other than that no big issues with sound or anything else. The beds were fine.

A cold welcome, not even a hello, no toilet paper, no hot water, no light in the bathroom.
Initially we are accused of having taken hermetic boxes that were not present when we arrived…
Really disappointed with this rental.

Very very poor reception. No one smiling, not listening & who speaks badly to customers. The only service that was well done was at the time of payment & even then we had no smile.
We had 1 roll of toilet paper already used for a 3-day weekend.
Uncomfortable bed and mattress.
And finally the foot of the sink rots.
Very bad value for money. We will no longer put our feet there.
