I had a wonderful experience staying at Mandarin Oriental Doha, the room was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring, while the bathroom has a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower that felt like a personal spa.
The breakfast buffet offered an impressive array of choices, from fresh pastries to gourmet dishes. The restaurant staffs at the Mosaic especially Ahjeng, Catrina, and Adam, were very friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Mandarin Oriental Doha hotel for their exceptional service. My sincere thanks go to the hotel manager, Mr. Niko, and his outstanding team for their dedication and professionalism. I would also like to thank Ms. Ibtissam (guest service) and the receptionists for their warm welcome and friendly smiles, as well as the team at the hotel entrance for their excellent work. A special appreciation goes to the housekeeping staff for maintaining the rooms impeccably. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would be delighted to return in the future. I will also highly recommend it to others.

I had an amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental Doha! The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a perfect retreat after a busy day. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic – a great variety of delicious options to start the day, and the view from the hotel made every morning feel special.
The service was impeccable – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure every need was met. The check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, adding to the overall ease of my stay.
The location of the hotel is also perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore Doha. The only issue I had was with the room temperature. I couldn’t adjust the comfort and temperature, and I ended up feeling cold at night.
Other than that, everything was perfect, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I and my wife stayed in Premier Room King.
Amazingly luxurious, and spacious with a practical design and easy use of all accessories. Clean rooms and amazing Bathrooms.
Excellent Location.
The staff was exceptional, in particular, Mr. MILAN (at the reception), who was taking care of us during Check-in. He was professional, attentive, very helpful, and made us feel valued.
I highly recommend this hotel to all of my knowings.
I will rebook at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel well seated in Mushaireb. Good restaurants close by. Room was clean with nice layout, we were in corner king room. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Enjoyed the restaurant, Mosaic, on the 8th floor for dinner our first night after a long walk around the city. Tried out Ambar for a night cap on our second night. Would absolutely stay here again!

I'm really glad we stayed at Mandarin Oriental. The location is unbeatable, great neighborhood, walking distance to metro station, corniche and souq. Also, very convenient free tram close by. This hotel is amazing, everything is extremely clean, great decorated room, comfortable bed. Professional staff, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Special thanks to 8th floor restaurant team — Oussama, Belkiss, Ronny. They made us feel special and we thank you for unforgettable stay!

One of the most pleasant stays at a hotel I've ever had! The entire team made our stay so perfect — special shout out to Jerome at afternoon tea, as well as Oscar at the breakfast buffet, and the ladies with guest relations. The service was intuitive, discreet, and always phenomenal. It's not often that literally every layer of service is so out of the park but this hotel accomplishes that and more. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you have a stay in Doha.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, this was a one night stay as we had another hotel booked for the rest of our days.
Greeted by the most pole and welcoming individual-Ayla, who told us we had been upgraded and to celebrate my belated birthday arranged the room with a birthday cake and some patisserie.
Breakfast in the morning was relaxed and amazing. Thank you to Oussama, Katrina and Sandi for making it extra special. Sabina for having lovely conversation.

Exceptional stay. We've never stayed in a Mandarin oriental before (just out of habit we would generally go for a four seasons if new to a city as can usually guarantee a good room/service). However we've been converted. We loved the downtown/souk area for vibrant evenings and central location to explore the city. The service from check in to the checkout was brilliant. A lovely chap (I didn't catch his name sadly) even walked our suitcases round to our friend's apartment round the corner on leaving (we were leaving luggage there to head off to the desert) — this goes beyond your normal level of service! Room was huge with 2 queen beds (more than big enough for 2 adults and 2 children) and welcome cupcakes for the children were very much appreciated after a long flight. Mention has to go to Katrina the lovely deputy manager at breakfast. She was just a delight and so welcoming to the children (and after the first morning already had the pancakes ready for our youngest! ). She even heard it was my daughter's birthday when we were chatting and she hoped to get some ice cream and the next morning a lovely ice cream birthday treat was brought to her. Made her week. Thankyou! We shall see you all again next year.
