Very bad customer service, Receptionist Santosh Kumar dont know how to handle guests, how did he become a receptionist, when even a simple problem he cannot resolve?

It was an ok hotel, but some things could be easily improved. To start with amenities and equipment… For two guests we only got one big towel and one coffee. The hair dryer is not in a vicinity of any mirrors and it's not possible to move it elsewhere. The water pressure when taking a shower was very low, but that could be an issue with the location and not the hotel. They also made a mistake when billing us, which was later corrected. No parking for visitors.

A small hotel with nice rooms, professional service, and a next-door access to ATM. A few minutes by taxi to the harbor/old town.

Lovely hotel, the reception, lobby and lift area is stunning and looks like a 5 star hotel, the room decor is lovely and modern too. Big bath and "rainfall" shower head in the bathroom. Very clean and well kept with tea and coffee making facilities as well as two bottles of water in the fridge and soap/shampoo/toothbrush/toothpaste in the bathroom. The receptionist who greeted us was really welcoming and even offered to sort out a taxi for us for the way back to Doha airport as we were only stopping for a few hours while we waited for our flight to Birmingham. We ordered room service and were impressed with the amount of food we got for the price considering hotel prices are normally expensive. Recommend staying here if you're in Doha.

Very bad experience, poor service, staff impolite, no shower water on the room, the swimming pool still close, the sauna still in maintenance, no phone works. When I requested any thiing they said no we don’t have 1star hotel is better than yours.

The room was good and the service however an Asian leady who was in the reception during my arrival did not treated me good and was rude. Additionally the location is good although it is far from the city centre.

They have different policy before and after the booking. The response to the emails is zero. They never value to the person problem who wants to visit their country.

Excellent value for money, I stayed two days, the hotel is quiet with a swimming pool accessible on the roof. All the facilities are functional and the staff at the small care.
N hesitate to pay breakfast, you will get for your money.
The location is also strategic, I paid 10€ from the airport to the hotel when arriving.

The stuff was excellent and helping a lot. They found a solution for every problem that occurred. The only thing I don't know until today is why they give us the smallest room in the hotel, which I believe was a bachelor room for one, and not for a couple like we were. However, my overall experience was good and the kindness of the employees I guess was the highlight.

Its quite praceful place. Staff is coopertive. Food was very tasty. And it is best for couples. I stayed for 2 days here. And my experience was great.

It is of the best hotels that I have stayed, very clean and quiet, the breakfast is delicious, they provide all facilities that you may need it, the receiption. And all staff are friendly welcome the guests and the location is awesome close to airport and ri Cornish, I was staying at hotel appartment and replaced by this hotel, I highly recommend it for long stay and /or week ends.

The best economical value for money hotel in Doha. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Though rooms and bathroom are small, they are so clean and neat. Minus point is breakfasts are not so good.

I see that lot of people complain about Wi-Fi, But my room was in the first floor and the Wi-Fi was fast and amazing! Quite hotel but the area is full of companies so the parking is hard to find in the working hours 9 am to 4 pm I did not try the privet parking of the hotel because I did not need that.

The hotel is nice and new. It is in a quite area and isnot crowded and have good parking space, so you don't spend time searching for one.

My family and I enrolled for swimming courses and health club. Also, we tried Iftar buffet. I must say that I am glad that we did. Great Hotel, Great staff, delicious food. Wonderful time indeed.
