Lovely dishes because I am Indian perfectly suit to my taste. Thanks Jessica and dally for always asking me what if I am comfortable with the food. My room is perfectly fine. Clean and. Silent 🔕. Hope to visit again very soon.

I must confess that Safir Hotel is a wonderful place to stay, their reception is amazing. Kudos to Arman in the restaurant is an exceptional staff, very welcoming and friendly. I and my family enjoyed our stay in Safir hotel and we look forward to coming again 😍😍

Upon arriving at Safir after missing my connecting flight, My wife and I decided to have breakfast before the restaurant is closed for breakfast. The establishment was exceptionally clean and offered a wide selection of delectable dishes. The meal was truly exceptional.
One additional note is that shortly after my wife and I had begun dining, a restaurant associate approached our table and inquired if we would like to order an omelet. Her name is Ms. Mirade, and she conducted herself with utmost professionalism.
Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the service provided to us. The accommodations were also aesthetically pleasing.

Thank you for accommodating to us me and my father Sadie Doha. Delicious the food and with mango juice Jessica and Marie is very nice in service. My single room is good and clean, the double room of my parents at the corner is the same size as the single room. Thank u.

The hotel is a great hotel overall. Amazing service, good rooms and great food too. A good experience overall. The staff are also quite friendly and helpful. I must give Anna Marie credit she was extremely helpful and friend. She is the best role model. Very friendly thank you so much your great service and appreciate for your service.

The hotel was arranged by Qatar. The room was so big like a suite. Was impressed with the size and the facilities. The food was very good and Dolly was really helpful, friendly and customer oriented. My room was in the smoking floor, which I didn't know existed anywhere. The smell was quiet strong. I did not expect that from a hotel in this region of the world.

Service is poor* From starting they are inviting smiliesNext day they want to departure earlier the customer* coz they didn't service food properly, also at time* 2nd day breakfast they gave only 3 slice bread only, I have much more hungryThey gave me only 3 slices breadThat is not enough for my hungry* For the tea they gave me 4pcs of small milk cubes onlyAlso that not enough for milk teaFor the 2 day stayThey gave only 4 cubes for hall 2 day* The bathroom water is leakageBottom of toilet wash basin sink* mostly the room boy, room person, supervisor, manager doingAsking customer mobile then they are telling for the service clarifications and after they are doingTyping rank, comment, rating texting*it's not good they asking customer mobile telling lie reasons for askingAnd they typing text rank and giving themselves certification text comments.

No I will not RECOMMEND!, Last May 20, 2022 my 2 Staff had quarantine for 1day, check out May 21 when I went there to pick up them the security guard on the reception and even the bell boy dont have good customer service and not hospitable. Even they're not allowing the person to go inside the reception and wait and it was very hot outside and even not allowing to use the toilet.
