Excellent luxury stay – highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at Rosewood Doha, particularly in the serviced apartment, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The interiors are modern and elegant, with high-quality finishes and stunning views of the marina.
The apartment was fully equipped, spotless, and ideal for both short and longer stays. The bed was very comfortable, and the living space felt more like a high-end residence than a hotel room.
Staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Any requests were handled promptly, and housekeeping standards were excellent. The facilities, including the gym, spa, and pool areas, are top-class and very well maintained.
The location in Lusail Marina is another big plus — quiet, clean, and upscale, with easy access to restaurants and waterfront walks.
Overall, Rosewood Doha delivers true luxury with comfort, style, and excellent service. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha, especially families or those looking for a premium apartment-style stay.

Very disappointing experience — not Rosewood standards at all.
We stayed at Rosewood Doha for my friend’s engagement. The location is amazing, and we were staying together with friends, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end.
From the start, the service felt awkward and inconsistent. At check-in, the receptionist warned me “please don’t lose the key, we need it back when you leave”, which felt more like school than a luxury hotel. When I actually returned the key, another receptionist said “it’s okay, why did you bring it? ” — completely unprofessional and confusing.
The service was painfully slow throughout the stay. Anything you ask for takes forever to arrive.
At the salon, the place was completely empty, yet they told me they were “busy” while three staff members were literally sitting and doing nothing. They even offered me tea — and then charged me for it.
Breakfast service was another mess. I ordered coffee and it arrived very cold. When I pointed it out, the waitress told me to request “extra hot” next time, which honestly made no sense — coffee is supposed to be hot.
Orders during breakfast were constantly mixed up. It honestly would be better to operate it as a buffet, because when I asked to cancel my order since there was already too much food, they still brought it half an hour later.
The bed sheets were not very clean, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Checkout was another frustrating experience.

Disappointing experience that completely ruined our New Year’s celebration.
Before arrival, the hotel called asking if we would check in around 5:00 PM. We arrived at 6:30 PM and were then told to sit and wait until 8:30 PM because the room “wasn’t ready, ” despite the standard check-in time being 3:30 PM. No apology was offered. When we expressed our frustration, the receptionist was dismissive and rude, with zero attempt to accommodate or resolve the situation.
The following morning, room service was equally disappointing. The eggs were bland and did not match the menu description (no chives as stated), and tasted like old buffet leftovers. The “buttermilk pancakes” arrived rubbery, closer to crepes, and without syrup. When we requested syrup, it never arrived.
We also ordered a pastry basket that was missing entirely. After calling, they sent a replacement consisting of mediocre cupcakes and two chocolate croissants, no variety. When we asked why, we were told items were out of stock and they refused to offer any alternative. Basic condiments such as jam, butter, and honey were also missing and never delivered despite multiple requests.
At checkout, no one followed up, no service recovery was offered, and no acknowledgment of the issues was made.
This level of service is unacceptable for a five-star hotel, especially one positioning itself as a luxury property. A real shame.

The Rosewood Doha is an absolutely stunning property — beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably curated. But as incredible as the space is, the true highlight of the Rosewood experience is the staff.
Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, welcoming, and approachable, and always eager to help. That level of warmth and attentiveness makes such a difference and truly elevates the entire stay.
Second only to the staff is the food. Everything we’ve had has been outstanding — consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care.
An exceptional experience all around. Rosewood Doha sets a very high bar for hospitality, and we can’t wait to return.

What an amazing stay! We stayed at Rosewood Doha for seven days and had an amazing experience overall. From arrival to check-out, everything ran smoothly and we always felt welcome and well taken care of. Every team we came across was attentive and friendly, and it really showed how much pride they take in their work.
Housekeeping did a great job keeping the apartment spotless during our stay, always paying attention to the small details. We spent a lot of time in the lounge and it quickly became one of our favourite spots — the team there were relaxed, personable, and remembered what we liked, which made it feel very comfortable. Valet service was fast and polite every time, and the front-of-house staff were consistently helpful and professional. We also spoke with management on a few occasions and they were always present, approachable, and clearly focused on making sure guests were happy.
What really stood out was how genuine the service felt. Nothing felt forced or over the top — just good, thoughtful hospitality. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world and this was easily up there with the best. In fact, it exceeded the service we’ve experienced at several other well-known luxury brands.

I am having an amazing experience at the Rosewood Doha. The room is beautiful and the staff have been amazing. It feels like you are staying with family and not at a hotel. Rosewood Doha felt like the hotel where we experienced the greatest sense of comfort, calm and genuine wellbeing. From the moment we arrived there was an atmosphere that immediately set it apart. The design is inspired by the sea and the soft colors of the coastline, and the entire hotel has a gentle, soothing character that made us feel at ease in a way no other place had.
The interiors combine elegance with a deep sense of tranquility. Soft sand tones, ocean shades and refined regional details create a setting that feels both luxurious and grounding. Our room felt peaceful and beautifully designed with textures and materials that invited rest and quiet moments. Everything in the space seemed chosen to support relaxation and comfort.
The wellness areas strengthened this feeling even more. The spa, the pools and the calm surroundings offered a sense of retreat that allowed us to slow down completely. It was easy to disconnect from the outside world and simply enjoy being present, which made this hotel stand out in a very personal way.

His service is exceptional… Always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. He remembrers small details about our preferences and made every meal feel comfortable and personalized.
I would also love to add my appreciation for Mrs. Maria DJABALLAH, who welcomes everyone at the restaurant entrance every morning with a warm smile. She accompanies guests with generous and valuable guidance, always making us feel truly cared for. Her presence adds a special touch to the start of each day.
And finally, a kind mention to Peter, the housekeeper, whose professionalism and dedication help keep everything perfectly organized and comfortable throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel with incredibly kind and hospitable staff.
The Azaya restaurant not only serves delicious dishes but has one of the finest views of the ocean and the sky.
Ukasha, our server, was very polite and attentive.

Visited their café recently and tried their chocolate drink and matcha. The chocolate was not like the usual café-style hot chocolate I've had elsewhere, it had a rich cocoa taste that felt like home. The matcha was also beautifully crafted, smooth, balanced, and clearly made by someone who cares. Thank you to the barista (sir Jerome) for making our drinks so well.

What a fantastic stay we had at the beautiful Rosewood, we stayed in one of the apartments for 9 nights and it was amazing. The rooms were beautifully decorated, there was everything you could possibly need even a washer and dryer! The staff make the hotel even more perfect if that’s possible, they really know how to treat you, I literally felt like royalty. Thank you to Daniel in the club lounge who went out of his way to cater for our needs. There’s too many to name but each and everyone of the staff are amazing. We shall be returning back soon to this beautiful hotel.

I had an exceptional time dining at Mila Restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was beautifully presented and made with high quality ingredients.
A special thank you to Nawfal, who gave me excellent recommendations from the menu. I especially loved the Tiramisu dessert he suggested it was unique and absolutely amazing.

My recent stay at Rosewood Doha was nothing short of extraordinary. I initially booked a Junior Suite with a golf view by accident, intending to reserve the Manor House Suite. The hotel reached out proactively before my arrival, explaining the options clearly and graciously upgraded me to a Deluxe Suite within the Manor House upon check-in.
From the moment I stepped into the warm, inviting lobby, I was impressed by how genuinely welcoming and professional every team member was. When we were escorted to the room, we were greeted with “Welcome home, ” and that’s truly how it felt. The suite itself was stunning—spacious, elegantly designed, with a beautiful soaking tub overlooking the waterway. Every detail was thoughtful, from personalized amenities and notes to small touches like a monogrammed leather bookmark and travel-ready toiletry bags.
We dined at Koo Madame, where the duck with caviar and hand-pulled noodles were simply divine. The Manor House Lounge was a highlight—our go-to for afternoon tea, breakfast, and evening canapés, all of which were exceptional and enhanced by lovely staff conversations.
The Asaya Social Club was equally impressive, featuring a serene pool deck, state-of-the-art gym, and a Mediterranean restaurant I regret not trying (the seafood selection looked amazing! ). Breakfast at Mila, the Levantine restaurant, was best-in-class—easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had anywhere.

We spent a week at the Rosewood Doha, and our experience was absolutely phenomenal. The service is truly world-class — every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thank you to Princess, Sandra, and Adam, but honestly, there are too many wonderful people to name. From the restaurant manager to the hotel manager, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive.
The hotel itself is immaculate and exceptionally luxurious. Our suite was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the Katara Towers. Housekeeping was perfect — everything was spotless every day.
We also tried the restaurants in the hotel, and we can wholeheartedly recommend them all. Especially Asaya, which is exclusively for hotel guests — whether for breakfast or dinner, it was absolutely fantastic, with a beautiful morning view that makes the experience unforgettable.
We spent most of our time at the large sports pool, which is open until 10 p. M. It’s perfect for swimming and relaxing in the evening.
The Rosewood Doha is brand new, incredibly elegant, and wonderfully peaceful. If you’re looking for true relaxation and luxury, this is the place to be. We can’t recommend it highly enough — it’s a genuine five-star property that truly stands out.

We have stayed in a number of 5* hotels in Doha but were curious to try the new Rosewood hotel. It did not disappoint. It’s a fantastic hotel and the room was absolutely amazing, but as with any hotel it is the staff who make a the real difference and once again Rosewood raised to the top. Everyone went out of their way to give an over and above service. However, we would like to highlight two people in particular. First of all, Christine in the lounge was very attentive and went out of her way to make our stay the best possible. The highest praise however goes to Kaoutar who handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. She not only made sure my wife, who was recovering from surgery, had the best ever experience but did so with a genuine smile and attention to detail that truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter someone who clearly takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about guests. Because of Kaoutar’s exceptional service, our experience at Rosewood exceeded all expectations.
