Raffles Doha

The experience at Raffles Doha was nothing short of amazing. Check-in was a breeze. We stayed for 4 nights and booked for two rooms — Urban Suite and the other room was upgraded to the Crescent Suite. Both were on the 14th floor. The views were spectacular from both rooms from sunrise to sunset. The rooms themselves were extremely spacious. The staff went above and beyond to give you that VIP experience. The breakfast was top notch with a wide variety of fruits, pastries and made to order items. We would happily stay here again and may even try the Fairmont side.

We had an amazing stay at Fairmont Doha. Such great engagement and a warm welcome from Adonis, Prasshant and Javlon from the Front Office team during our arrival.
Their Ramadan tent is literally the best in Doha. Greek outlet manager Fruzsina from F&B was incredibly attentive. The Ramadan buffet was fascinating — outstanding quality, impressive variety, and beautifully presented.
We absolutely loved the Asian cuisine, and their restaurant Provok is an absolute must-try. A special thanks to the Korean chef for his exceptional cod fish and the personalized attention he gave to our group. The Turkish baklava was the best in town — crafted by an original Turkish baklava chef — and Chef Dustin’s presentations were simply outstanding.
We hosted over 50 valued customers for a suhoor event and many of them were drawn to attend primarily because of the venue itself. Choosing Fairmont Doha played a key role in ensuring the success of our event. The entire hotel management team was present in the tent throughout the evening, personally meeting guests and making sure everyone was happy.

We stayed at Raffles Doha for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was amazing — the room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the butler service was exceptional.
The staff made us feel very special and well taken care of, and the level of service was beyond our expectations. This stay was unforgettable, and we will always remember our time at Raffles Doha.

We have been to L’artisan restaurant and had a great evening. Colline was our waiter for the night and took really great care of us. He was lovely, kind and very attentive. We left very pleased and looking forward to come back. Same as Suleiman downstairs. He was amazing and did a great job at welcoming us at the Raffles Hotel. Thanks a lot.

We changed our layover in Doha to a 3 day stay at the Raffles and wouldn’t have it any other way. We were picked up in a spacious Mercedes van, greeted warmly by all the staff when we arrived. Our American Express benefit got us upgraded to a well appointed suite that left us wanting for nothing. All the dining options we enjoyed were exquisite, both pools were enjoyable and relaxing, afternoon tea was like no other we’ve ever experienced in England or any other British territory like Hong Kong and Singapore. The live entertainment and dining at Acoustic were superb. Breakfast every morning was a treat with numerous options that cater to all tastes. We are spa enthusiasts, and their spa suites are an over the top splurge. The ultimate in luxury, relaxation, & privacy. With all these amazing amenities, what sets Raffles Doha apart is the staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel so welcome, they remember who you are and your preferences, and everything they do feels absolutely seamless. Looking forward to staying there again.

I had an excellent afternoon tea experience at Raffles. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was outstanding throughout.

I had an incredible stay at Raffles Doha!
My husband surprised me with a stay at Raffles Doha for our anniversary and it completely blew us away. From the elegant decor to the impeccable customer service at every touchpoint & the outstanding room quality, it exceeded all our expectations.
Our room was exceptional!
Bathroom.
We had 2 tech toilets (eg warming seat), 2 sinks, a spacious shower/bath area.
Room.
Many modern tech features with an inbuilt speaker, smart TV and a diffuser that could be controlled via the iPad. Also had a spacious wardrobe area, Dyson hair tools and much more! The sea view was breathtaking & the in room amenities made it feel ultra luxurious. The bar section had a Nespresso machine and kettle for tea etc.
Breakfast.
This was a huge highlight — a fantastic buffet for exotic fruit, wide range of savoury/sweet pastries, with main dishes ordered via an à la carte option (unlimited orders available)
Gym.
Had lots of equipment but we also had access to the Fairmont gym which had a wider selection (with a great view! )
Service.
Throughout our stay we had impeccable service, whereby all the staff truly made us feel at ease. If there were any errors or delays, staff were quick to rectify with kindness and efficiency.

Raffles is located in the Katara towers, close to the Marina (in Lusail).

An unforgettable stay at Raffles Doha.
I came from Ireland with my partner and we can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the level of service and the people, we felt cared for every step of the way.
A few people made our stay especially memorable:
• Marilu – She organised our room and made sure everything was perfect before we arrived. It felt like she put real thought and personal care into every detail. Marilu made us feel welcomed from the very first moment, thank you for such a warm start to our stay.
• Ahmed – Exceptional service from start to finish. He always seemed to be there at the right time, ready to help without ever being intrusive. Professional, kind, and genuinely attentive, Ahmed, thank you for looking after us and making everything feel effortless.
• Erlangga – We spent a day by the pool and he took incredible care of us. He remembered what we liked, made great recommendations, and created such a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, Erlangga, for making a simple pool day feel like a highlight of the trip.
This was a 5-star experience in every sense, the hotel is beautiful, but it’s the staff that make it truly world-class. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return.

We had Afternoon Tea at Raffles. It was a special winter menu. We chose Karak for our tea and it was great, just as you would expect. The sandwiches and desserts were all excellent, as were the scones. Having had afternoon tea around the world, the price here is very reasonable for what you get. We were able to walk around the property as well, which is beautiful.

My family and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Raffles Doha, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were welcomed with a heartfelt congratulations, and our room was beautifully decorated with flowers and a complimentary cake – a lovely touch that made us feel pampered.
The room itself was stunning – spacious, elegantly furnished, and with breathtaking views of Lusail Marina, Al Maha Island. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we woke up feeling refreshed every day. The attention to detail, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries, made the experience feel luxurious.
We dined at the hotel's restaurant, and the experience was exceptional. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic evening, and the food was top-notch.

Raffles Doha exceeded all expectations with its exceptional hospitality, luxurious suites, attentive staff, and breathtaking views. Despite arriving late for breakfast, the staff and chef went out of their way to prepare food for us, showcasing their outstanding service. A truly remarkable experience that sets a high standard for luxury and care.

I had the pleasure of visiting Aqua Urban Deck twice, and both times were memorable. The atmosphere is vibrant, the drinks are excellent, and the service is outstanding. A special thank you to Emmanuel, our server, who was not only attentive but also sang a lovely birthday song for my dad on our first visit. To top it off, they even gave us a complimentary slice of cake, which was a sweet touch. Highly recommend for great food, drinks, and service!

The hotel service was very good, and the food was excellent. However, I noticed an issue with the locks in the conference room bathrooms, which were not functioning properly. It’s a small fix that would enhance an otherwise great experience.

The hotel is really beautiful and there is a lot of attention to detail. From the driveway you notice how much attention has been paid to the construction of this hotel. The entire hotel is so beautifully finished with chandeliers, beautiful ceilings, great service, high-tech gadgets such as touchscreen facilities in the suites, such as water control in the bathroom, a heated toilet roll that rises automatically, electric control of the curtains, etc. The minibar is the nicest I've seen. Coffee, tea, water and soft drinks are included. It is very beautiful made of glass and is built separately into the room. There is also a built-in clothing area with even Dyson products. The lobby is also really beautiful and if you look up you can see the colors changing. This location has a never seat and smells very nice, it smells very nice everywhere in the hotel. The hotel also has a rooftop with great views over Doha and even a cinema, which was unfortunately closed when we were there. Not to forget, you get your own butler who is available for you 24 hours. It is actually impossible to describe this hotel. You just have to experience it yourself. It has a 5 star rating but this hotel is definitely a 6 star hotel. We highly recommend this hotel. Just book you won't regret it.

I visited acoustic lounge for an evening drink and it was so lovely. The view is beautiful. The hotel ambiance is welcoming.
The staff are very kind and helpful. They were helpful and even when I didn’t know the way, the ladies at the lobby escorted me. Special thanks to Faris in acoustic lounge for taking care of me and being very friendly and hospitable.
I will definitely visit again.
