Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas

Vivy attended us and was very good. The hotel is amazing and has many amenities! 10/10 experience. The city of Doha is very nice and the hotel is 10-min uber distance from all important places. The beach, the gym and the spa of the hotel are very good too.

The check-in was fast. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. They provided helpful information about the hotel amenities. My room was clean and calm.
Check-out was smoother as check-in.
My billing was accurate, and they were happy to assist with transportation arrangements.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay. Thanks.

It was a very good experience. We found professional and kind staff. Restaurants inside are excellent and you can choose between different cuisine.

We are back in one of our favorite hotel in Doha. As always, we. Enjoyed and had a relaxing stay. Special thanks to Anas and Vivy of the reception, Bikram and Gabriel of the Club lounge, Sagor of Santa Monica and Ms Prakiti (for the surprise at the room), even if she's on her off days. They are the kind of employees that made us want to come back again and again in Grand Hyatt. Thank you to all the staff that we encountered. We will definitely be return.

1 — the rooms was not ready on time.
2 — requested linked rooms 3 weeks before and they said it’s not available once I arrived.
3 — I start to shouting then they gave me linked rooms, (so it’s available)
4 — rooms was full of dust.
5 — water bottles has bad flavor and smell.
6 — bed has very bad smell.
7 — THE BIGGEST ISSUE ( (found very dangerous insects in the bathroom and the bed). This is will be shared everywhere in social media, see the picture and video.
This is not more than 1 star hotel, don’t waste your money. A lot of great hotels with real 5 stars facilities and services in Doha with better location and lower price.

I booked my first appointment here and it was amazing. Full body massage, facial and pedicure. Nina and Nimfa marollano are patient, smiling, kind, welcoming. I really recommended to come here and take time for yourself. I will come back thank you.

My recent stay at Grand Hyatt Doha was top notch! The beach on the property was serene, offering a beautiful place to unwind. The service throughout the hotel was gracious and attentive, making the entire experience very accommodating. Breakfast at the Santa Monica Breakfast Club was a highlight—especially the daily breakfast juice shots, which were a great touch. I also enjoyed a visit to the women’s spa which was a perfect retreat for relaxation. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Doha!

I have been staying at Grand Hyatt Doha Hotels and Villas for two days almost monthly for the last two years. The warm welcome from all the staff makes me feel at home. I always look forward to have breakfast at Santa Monica Breakfast club, and I must say it is the highlight of my stay in the hotel. The staff members are simply amazing! Always greeting me with a smile and have memorized my ritual. Sagor always makes sure I was happy with the service and there are always new surprises to sample. Thank you so much for all the attention!

It is a great place to stay in Doha. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wali Vivy and his colleagues at the lobby are amazing.
It’s not my first visit, I observed the facilities are excellently maintained, especially the rooms and outdoor areas. I greatly appreciated the room service response time.
The ambiance is perfect especially during the sunset, the food is delectable, and the service was great… Special thanks to the staff for making my visits always memorable, I’ll recommend your hotel to my friends and business partners. I will come back to this great hotel often.

The staff are very attentive and the food is wonderful. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy and the pools and beach are amazing. Prakriti is a credit to the hotel she was always very helpful and welcoming when we visited the club lounge and took the time to talk to us. Katrina and Rini were amazing in the spa where my husband and I received fantastic back neck and shoulder massages. We highly recommend. Dora on reception was also very helpful and gave us valuable information. Thank you we will be back and will recommend to our friends and families ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Grand Hyatt Doha: My Go-To Place for Everything in Qatar.
Grand Hyatt Doha is, without a doubt, my favorite spot in Qatar, offering something special for every occasion. Whether it's a family breakfast at Santa Monica with its delightful spread, a beach day with my wife and kids, or even business meetings—this place covers it all.
The facilities are top-notch. Most of my MICE programs take place here, and they always exceed expectations with their well-equipped venues and attentive service. We’ve had staff outing celebrations, and the experience has always been exceptional, from the dining to the facilities.
Their outdoor swimming pool is a summer blessing, and the indoor pool is equally impressive. The health club is another standout—private trainers, a fantastic gym, and a well-maintained space make it the best place to for steam jacusy. The lobby has such a welcoming atmosphere, and the villas near the football court are my personal favorite. Yes, they even have a football court—perfect for some fun with family or colleagues!
However, the one downside is the Monkey Tail Bar near the beach. It’s in an awkward spot, and I’ve noticed it attracts walk in customers who sometimes disturb the family-friendly vibe. I wish they'd cover the bar area or restrict entry from the beach to maintain the peaceful atmosphere for families enjoying the day.
But all in all, the location, facilities, and overall experience at Grand Hyatt Doha are amazing.

Stayed here for two nights. Great service, people are warm and truly accommodating. The hotel is employing folks from all around the world. It was very interesting to see what life experiences are on the other continent. The rooms are fresh, with exotic design details, restaurants on premises are great and very convenient. The breakfast is really amazing. Highly recommend Grand Hyatt to Doha visitors.
