. As I have sent mail, but still not respond at all. Very poor service…
they are not helpful.

Good service and maintenance good, quarantine seven days is nice experience with this hotel.

Friendly staff from the reception onwards the only missing on TV was the sports channel like the Football matches.

Great staff and rooms, But it has the slowest internet I’ve ever stayed in and the AC is not getting cold.

I've never experienced such a polite staff towards a customer. They escorted me till my room at and the room service guy is also a polite person whole staff is good I really enjoy staying here for quarantine more 14 days.

The room are spacious although may need an upgrade to be considered as a 5 star hotel. The staff were always helpful, everyone. Whatever we needed they were more than happy to assist.
The area is at the moment ahaving the roads developed, thst doesn't affect the rooms at all, but may be the reason to why the rooms are not upgraded.
The reztaurant was not well visited due to the season — early September. This obviously affects the quality of the food.
No matter what, this is a hotel that deserves more guests.

Very good place. Good rooms and breakfast.

Tasty food and good rooms. Pool is not properly maintained. Couldn't use the pool last evening saying it's out of order. This morn8ng it's good as per hotel but still water is not clear.

Clean neat rooms. Worth for money. Food is not good and expensive. Wifi is very poor.

Avoid this hotel. I don’t understand why this hotel is a 5 star rude staff, old building stinky rooms and bad mattress. Very small and dirty pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's ok if want to just sleep in good price and don't want to go far for beer coz they have bar in side hotel.

We didn't find this hotel particularly welcoming. Luckily, this was only for one night.
The food at the buffet was partly cold and tasteful not particularly good but it was fine.
Only at a 5 star hotel, the food must not only be fine but very good.
The room was also not particularly clean, even the sock was forgotten by the predecessor. This one still hung over the lampshade.

Its aswome and westin follow. Its good.

Outside the Museum… Very good place visited.

Unfortunately, I got to stay here due to missed connecting flight to India. A very good hotel with great middle eastern cuisine. Tried the first-time Kaboos a middle eastern bread. Got Indian dal tadka. Great view of Doha can be seen while dining at the restaurant at 12th floor. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Old fashioned hotel with large rooms. Rooms are well maintained. Two night clubs attracts the youth. Lobby and outside looks shabby. Complimentary breakfast is below average.

Good place to stay, Rooms are clean, service is good. Dinner was very good with dishes like chicken curry and potato peas curry and dall. Overall​ I can give a 5star for my 1 day stay.

I would say this hotel is good in overall performance. Friendly receptionist is the first impression that I felt first time in this hotel. When they said and behaved nicely then you will feel comfort within, even in any hotel I believe people will also feel the same. It's clean and tidy too. The only thing to fix is to organize the lobby entrance which is too narrow and too short queue access for taxi or shuttle car. It's quite annoying as other cars on highway have to wait until the queuing cars for hotel have finished dropping the guests. They kept blowing the horn till they can go.

This is the best Hotel in Doha. Mr Ibrahim Gadou upgrade my room from deluxe to Superior on a request that I have a son who will need an extra bed. The Manager personally assured me and gave his business card to make sure that if I have any more question I can call him anytime. I had a long layover and will head out to Houston tomorrow morning Oct 1st 2017. He also arrange me a airport shuttle that was not included in my original booking. I recommend this Hotel Grand Regal Hotel in Doha to be your first preference for your upcoming trip and I will definitely use their services for me and my family for next time I visit Doha. The worse hotel I've ever been. Staff are not helpful and disrespectful. The managers didn't even care. I had to argue for 2hours to get my already reserved hotel room.

You have great staff that's why I stay but your facilities are poor and run down. Dirty carpets rooms out dated need painting, pool not open in months gym was moved to a little room. If it was not for your great staff I would leave and your rates are higher then some new 5 star hotels now. Thanks Tim.

Correct pickup from the airport. Reservation ok. Food acceptable. Accommodation good and clean. Bad thing is they have renovated hotel bar in M floor to Bollywood bar. Prices in bar are normal for Doha. Try to be there earlier for happy hour until 20h 50% discount. When they promise you three time's that they will send someone to repair TV that is stuck to only one channel in Arabic, dream on.

Large room though the room smelt of smoke (non-smoking room with an ash tray), bath had cement repair, a few bulbs didn't work, multiple dodgy two PIN plugs inserted into UK sockets. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool currently closed due to it being refurbished.

Great place to stay, Wi-Fi connectivity is not very good. In some areas of the room, it doesn't connect. Food is good if you are a non vegetarian. Vegetarian food is very limited.

One of the famous hotel in Qatar…!

Qatar airlines arranged a night for me there. It was nice but I couldn't plug my laptop or phone charger and the reception didn't pickup their phone so I can ask for an adapter.

Little bit difficult to find if you don't have map.

Our company's agency Nakilat booked us for an overnight stay. Shuttle staff was friendly and awaiting for us at airport to carry us to the hotel. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and prompt to accommodate us. The room was very clean and with lots of amenities. The was a vast & delicious variety of food at the restaurant with a great view of Doha. Very fast free Wi-Fi service. Really enjoyed our short stay. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Doha.

Staying in this hotel for almost 45 days, so far so good. The most I liked about good ambiance, friendly employees. The thing I didnt liked is breakfast buffet. Over a month having same food, No varieties.
