It ok for and overnight stay. I would much rather the Hilton if rooms were available.

Not bad the deal is nice, which in a hotel is what you most valued. You have supermarkets nearby, the souk and the promenade, the famous Corniche… Otherwise very simple. The food very repetitive but for the price is reasonable.

It has open buffet, smoking area and good value of money. Sweet stuff.

You got to have Iftar there at least once in Ramadan. I love the service and the way staff made me feel like home.

Beautiful place / beautiful Service everyone is just perfect. The ladies in the breakfast restaurant are so sweet and kind. The lady in the reception and also Laxman are very helpful. Thanks to Oguausto too he was also very helful.

Cigarette smell in bedrooms from other apartments. We have been living in Imperial Suites for some time. Our bedrooms stink of cigarettes, including our daughters, who has had many chest infections as a result. We have complained on numerous occasions and the management just do not care about the environment of the hotel. We have asked that the owner be informed. To no avail. This is despite my wife being pregnant and our daughter being one years old. They have even boarded up some of the windows and the stench of smoke comes into the rooms from other peoples rooms. They do nothing to fix it. Many times the staff have come to our apartment and confirmed the bad smell of cigarettes in the rooms. In fact the last two times we have complained they have suggested we either leave the building or change apartments. So the the pregnant woman and the one year old child should move house to accommodate the smokers? Move the problem on? If you don't like it then leave? Basically. They don't care. They would rather lose a customer of long standing than fix the problem. On one occasion our apartment stank of toxic fumes as they painting downstairs. We were given a 10 riyal bowl of fruit for our trouble, We have also complained of the smell of smoke in the car park, that goes into the lifts, and into the cars. The woman at the front desk tried her best not to laugh. They must think it is a joke us complaining about the smoke all the time.
