I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The service was far below expectations, especially at the reception. Yesterday, I tried calling the reception for almost an hour and no one answered, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
In addition, nothing was clearly explained or communicated, unlike other hotels where everything is clear and straightforward. This lack of clarity made the stay even more frustrating.
For the price and the hotel’s rating, I expected much better service and professionalism. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The friendliest hotel in Doha — Mr Nilam and the team are always so helpful. Impact and family focused — really appreciate that they donate directly to the PCRF.

Most of Doha hotels have pub or bars which become uncomfortable for most family goers but this is just for family.

The worst hotel experience in my life:
It was extremely dirty.
I negotiated the price with a staff member waiting at the airport, but later realized I had been overcharged.

For me first and last… The hotel lacks anything related to hospitality or respecting guests… The whole staff needs serious training… Finding parking depends on your luck as nobody from the hotel will help you to find one… It feels weird that everyone working in this hotel seems to be the boss of himself… I have no idea how to explain it!

Stop over in old Doha hotel is good with friendly staff, good restaurants around corner, only issue I had my room would not lock and told staff 3 times but was never fixed but hey it is the middle east so my suitcase was left in room unlocked went out came back it was still there, nice pool on rooftop …

It was a delightful stay, and we had a wonderful time. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the professional staff across all departments, especially Mr. John and the cleaning team. We have no negative comments to share. The warm reception and hospitality, along with the cleanliness of the hotel, have led us to choose this hotel as our preferred accommodation in Qatar. I hope the management recognizes and appreciates the dedication of the staff. We look forward to seeing you on our next visit. 🇸🇦♥️🇶🇦

Amazing Hotel in terms of room, staff, views and food.

It was one of the best hotels I visited ever and the host nilam was verry helpful.

We missed a connection and needed a hotel at short notice. The K108 staff could not have been more helpful, polite & professional. The room was lovely, air conditioned in the heat with a huge bed. Sadly we could not take advantage of the rooftop pool or gym. But room service food was delicious too. Highly recommended!

I arrived at this hotel at 6am after a flight from Perth Australia. I had booked 2 nights but did not expect to check in until the afternoon. I was very pleasantly surprised that I was given my room key and able to freshen up before I went out on my morning tour. Wonderful service.

I had the most wonderful experience at K108 hotel.
I had a 19 hour layover in Doha so decided to book a room at this hotel. I was checked in by a man who I think was the manager (I can’t remember his name though, so please correct me if I’m wrong). He was so, so lovely and made me feel like a valued guest.
The room wasn’t ready when I arrived, so he offered to upgrade me to a suite. I also mentioned that I wouldn’t make the included breakfast as I needed to leave for my next flight at midnight, so he arranged to have my breakfast delivered to my room before I left to take away. This service was really unexpected and I’m extremely grateful for him going the extra mile.
The kitchen staff also rang my room to confirm dietary/preferences for my breakfast. I told them I was vegan and they delivered the most gorgeous breakfast with a range of foods for me to takeaway.
The service here was incredible, and I will definitely be back next time I’m in Doha.
The pool was also lovely, and the room was spacious, really comfortable and had a great view.
The service of this hotel is what really made it stand out. All of the staff were so helpful and kind that it made my layover so much nicer. I just wish I could have stayed longer!

Dirty and Unmet Expectations at a 4-Star Hotel.
I just had to share my experience at this supposedly 4-star hotel. Let me tell you, it was a major letdown.
First of all, I had to change rooms not once, but two times! The hotel didn't give me at first the city view that I had booked through the Agoda app. It was a big disappointment.
And can we talk about the cleanliness? It was seriously lacking. The pillows dirty blanket had stitches. It was quite disheartening.
And to top it off, even the toilet tissue was dirty! It's supposed to be clean, right?
On top of that unfortunately I’ve prepaid two nights for this hotel through Agoda app, the price I paid for this hotel was just not fair. Considering the poor cleanliness, unmet expectations, and lackluster service, it definitely did not match the value.
But wait, there's more! When I couldn't find an iron, I asked the housekeeper to bring me one. Can you believe it? They brought me a dirty iron that was all salty!
I find it hard to believe that this hotel has a 4-star rating. Or the pictures here that’s in reality not even closer. In my opinion, it deserves a much lower rating based on my experience.
I hope that my review serves as a heads-up for those considering staying at this hotel. It's important to manage your expectations and be aware of the cleanliness issues, unfulfilled promises, unfair pricing, parking issues, and even questionable iron quality. 🚫
Take care and choose wisely.

For example, I checked in at 22:30 and they give me a room that don't have slippers, toothbrush, curtain and the phone call to lobby or room services don't even work.
The worst thing that there have a not finished yogurt on the table, since the phone is not working, I can't call for room service. What a terrible hotel.
The only good thing is the bellboy is helpful, and done.

Stayed here during the final days of the world cup. The hotel has a really nice lobby and check-in was quick. The rooms are excellent and had all my needs covered. Had the chance to eat at the top floor/pool. The views at night are great. I was able to see the fireworks and drone show while dining. The food was presented very well and was tasty.
