Well as much as I like the 1920s feel, the hotel is in need of some attention. The rooms are pretty drab and the beds bizarrely have uncomfortable plastic mattress protectors — perhaps incontinent visitors are expected. We paid for Spa access and neither the sauna nor steam room were working and the jacuzzis were both cold… They did refund us but it was a waste of our time. Breakfast is OK and there was a reasonable musician playing in the bar one night, which livened things up. The outside pool is big with diving boards but it's hard to get a sunlounger and the flies are annoying. They have some deer and ponies around the side which are quite sweet.

Normal Hotel. It's more name than anything else. The Wiffi in rooms 0. Hotel with period furniture. Very nice, yes. Great breakfast room. Nice hotel.

The lounges, is like relocating and time… Beautiful.

Hotel too old that has remained stationary in time without restructuring is comsideri that was built at the beginning of 1900.

Great hotel, we enjoyed a lot our stay! All the environment is so twenties! Gorgeous decoration, beautiful surroundings on the palace, misty and lovely. The staff was medium, apart from the lady on breakfast that was very kind! Recommend absolutely this hotel!

The hotel is located in the predisposed area of the Park. The interior of the hotel is rich, corresponds to the old Theme.
Very original, Floral theme, the name of the streets of Koredoram.
The room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are good, the hotel very nice but would need some refurbishment. All hotel spaces are clean and comfortable. The spa was deceiving. Middle warm temperatures in the Hamam. Cold water in the jacuzzi the smell in the Hamam was terrible. After having to ask some of the personal, we finally could take a shower and on request of a hair dryer we got a no! No hairdryer in a 4 star hotel!

Gorgeous building, maintains all of its original charm. Good breakfast, and all of the region's fantastic food and wine a short drive away.

I loved my stay stay at this stylish, elegant and perfectly located hotel palace. I found my perfect Portugal getaway! The rooms, the restaurant, the pool are amazing but what makes the this palace special is the extraordinary level of service from the staff. They instantaneously respond and accommodate each and every request.

I have booked 4 nights in this hotel. My choice is made from the notice of sites on the internet and published photos. Here are actually the benefits: The room: sony bravia Tv (not recent) small-55cm image bad quality, not in front of the bed. Spa not free, not included in the room price. No Wi-Fi in the rooms… it is necessary to go into the hallway. At the reception he told me it said that it was normal. If you come home late in the evening when it is dark you cannot see the slot or it is necessary to put the card to activate the electrical circuit. Switches in the room and at the level of the head of the bed that serve no purpose. Bathroom: poor lighting for shaving or putting on makeup. Park not maintained the impression of total abandonment, rust, broken glass, tall grass, stones… The balcony, just redone, paint, railing and wall. Surprise in the morning : no hot water! Breakfast: omelette, sausage and bacon cold. I point it out to the waitress, who finds and come back 10 minutes later to put a jug of hot water into the tray so that the system is intended to heat … it boggles. The growing to love it is not necessary to be French. I demand the refund for my 3 nights stay. It is done I leave the premises.

Traditional summer palace style hotel, it presents many history. Decent decorations, room settings and amenities. Beautiful garden. However, some facilities become old-fashioned or not available.

Beautiful hotel with incredible original art deco decoration. You feel like you have travelled back in time and walked into some one of the mansions featured in the Great Gatsby. Furniture is original and perfectly restored. The floors could be a bit cleaner, as could the bed linen (there were some persistent stains in it) Bathroom was impeccable.

We had our wedding here and had a wonderful time. The food is delicious and the building wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly. We hope to stay here again for another great experience.

Large hotel with style — unfortunately the outdoor areas and pool are significantly neglected (green pool, rust, rusty water out of the pool shower).
