Beautiful apartments near the Castel, near everything, love Lisbon.

I Did Not like the reception system, and the apartment, despite being very cute and well equipped, lacked ventilation, had smell of confinement.

Modern apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. Main bed on top, on the other hand to advise for more than 2 people: the sofa bed is in poor condition and uncomfortable. Accessible and pleasant garden. Noise from the street because no double glazing.
The arrival for the care of the apartment is complicated because the reception is with an automaton and only the possibility to call a caller who speaks Portuguese or English.

Though room was great size, the horrendously hard beds, unwashed blankets and moldy smell throughout room put a damper on visit.

In the same heart, from the apartment you can walk to almost all the places of interest.

Great location, easy access.

There is everything for living. In the old town. All the sights of the old town are 5-10 minutes away.
No slippers. Shampoo and gels have not been updated with Mlmenta.
Remote registration via video intercom.

Very quiet and cosy aparthotel despite being in the middle of the district of Alfama. You go out on the street and you're just a step away. You have several minisupermercados nearby, restaurants, etc.
The downside is that it has electronic reception, there is no one physically, it is through a kind of ring you make a call and you get room number and access code to the hotel and room and important that as you do not leave from 16.00h is a mess that you do not get the phone, to us at least bad housekeeping staff who were the help and with your phone already knew who had to call directly.
There is public parking on the street free and one private covered to 200m; I opted to leave it on the street and without problems.
A place to go back.

The hotel appartment met our basic needs. Fine location for tourists.

Fun serviced apartments in the Alfama, Lisbon's ancient old city. Fully functioning with modern kitchenette that included dishwasher, two-range porcelain stove-top, and half-refrigerator that has an ice-box compartment. Free fast Wi-Fi in each room. Modern and comfortable bathrooms. Powerful and efficient air-conditioning/heating unit. Important to note that the staff will knock every morning to service your apartment without fail, sometimes entering without warning. There is no obvious way to indicate "do not disturb, " so self-sufficient guests who do not require the services of the cleaning staff should submit a request to Hello Lisbon apartments to forgo. Lovely rooftop communal area with Riad-style fruit trees in the center and herbs such as basil, rosemary, and tarragon growing in abundance. The hotel is only a short-walking distance from plenty of exciting and beautiful cultural attractions such as the Castle Sao Jorge and the Portas do Sol as well as amenities such as the Pingo Doce grocery store. Plenty, and I do mean plenty, of traditional Portugese cuisine and Fado music everywhere in this location. Try The Pit Cafe near the Roman Theater Museum for wonderful hospitality, delicious vegetable soup and a lovely mixed tapas platter for two served by the owner Manuel himself.

Small place. Ok for a short stay. Very basic and it almost feels like a ikea show room Perfect location for tourist.

We were from the 31.08. To 07.09.2016 in this Hotel. We liked it there very well. Everything was as described. Only the bathroom was not been long wiped. People who are very noise sensitive you should better book a room to the yard. You can recommend the Hotel with good Conscience further!

Good modern apartment in the center of Lisbon and with a tram stop 12E just outside the door.

Super easy self check-in process which was great since we arrived past midnight. Apartment 0b was right on the street but the windows are reflectively tinted which made it feel safer. Uphill climb to the apartment from the metro station but decent restaurants/bars close by. Also easy to catch the 28 tram a few blocks away. Very modern and clean interior. Would stay again just for the convenience.

Clean, comfortable, moderate price. Very interesting location. Hilly walk to city center.
