Comfortable hotel in Amadora. Very good service at reception. Small rooms but with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. With air conditioning. Comfortable and spacious bed. It has a light meal bar.

Very high quality compared to high hotels in the same chain. Clean rooms and staff available and prepared. Highlights include the great restaurant and the generous buffet breakfast. Great value for money.

It was for us that we were in Portugal by car, a great starting point to visit Lisbon and its surroundings. In fact it is in the west of the city convenient for Belem, Sintra, Cascais and Boca da Roca. For the city just take the means and take to the central areas.

Food portions in restaurant are small and way overpriced did taste nice, only given one pillow each and when I asked for another one they said no we don't have any, had to put a towel under the one I had, very poor!

Very good, breakfast a little pricey, avoid the shower curtain, lack of electrical outlets.

Very good hotel, friendly not too big so you are not a number, the staff super nice and the room are OK and breakfast top.

I spent 4 nights in this very clean well maintained hotel but I got robbed a wrap that I had left in my room with a hundred euros in it. Be careful.

We liked the hotel very well and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Average but convenient rooms is located next to the side of the road but is well insulated you don't hear noise. Clean. Located in the vicinity of a campsite.

Overall pretty good. The room was clean and modern. The bed and pillows very, very, comfortable. It has parking for €3 a day although it doesn't have as many squares as rooms. Very friendly staff. Lovely coffee Shop It has Wi-Fi. If you're not in a car, I don't recommend it for sightseeing. The gel was left empty the last day for not replenishing it. To be a 2 * is very well.

Good hotel a little more choice at breakfast would be a plus.

Excelent for business. Normal standard, with quiet room and basic clean look. Breakfast it's not amazing, but sure very positive. You can also squeeze oranges and get a fresh made juice. Negatives: very small parking lot, and you may have to leave your car outside hotel's perimeter. Shower's water is just warm, some people may find it not hot enough. (I guess it's for money and environmental saving)

A good hotel, friendly and good price. The only problem is that it is a little bit out of the center. But nothing a taxi can't fix.

Breakfast was very good. They also allow dogs (paying a plus) and outdoor parking are free.

Okay, but away from the center. Bus stop close it takes 40 minutes to get to the trade square.

Very well located. Only accessible via GPS because of how complicated it is to arrive. Noisy. No air conditioning but comfortable.

Typical ibis experience. Comfortable beds, good standard of cleanliness. Fast internet and a tasty breakfast. On The outskirts of town but fairly easy to get around. Good if you have a car.

The rooms reminded me of cruise ship rooms, but they were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though not all of them spoke English very well. However, they still tried very hard to meet all our needs.

Very comfortable room, impeccable hygiene, I miss the fridge and a TV with better definition otherwise all very well.

Good Ibis hotel. Nice bar and restaurant area with an open kitchen lay-out. Menu limited to 'build-your-own' burgers and some standard options. Away from the Lisbon city centre. Closer to Belem. Bus service to Lisbon. Good car connections. Check-out took way to long when a French group decided to order all their bus tickets and tourist information at their leisure and the receptionist only asked for assistance when I finally asked her to.

My daughter has also left her appreciation for the Chef's burger AURO me!
The site is ideal for a visit to SINTRA, 23 minutes, and the centre of Lisbon, 25 minutes.
Then let yourself be tempted.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is a will and possibility to eat in the evening. A bit far from the city but possibility to go to the city centre in 15 minutes in the neighborhood of the monastery of Jeronimo by the bus 714 which is located at
300 m from the hotel.

I recommend for the welcome and comfort. Easy access.

Great experience! Very clean rooms/washrooms. Wonderful breakfast area. All In all in was a nice stay. Would do it all over again. Highly recommend it!

Pretty basic but clean and pleasant. Good bar and the gin is good. No kettle in room or iron. Bed comfortable with lots of pillows. I'd recommend staying here for a business trip.

Clean and modern with good food and friendly staff. Has a quirky pre-fab bathroom that looks like it's manufactured and then inserted into the room. The hairdryer looks like a vacuum cleaner that blows instead of sucks. I kept looking for the safety harness to strap into before liftoff. Adequate but soulless. Far from the center of town attractions.

Great hotel for a short stay in Lisbon. Comfy bed and free parking!

Good location close to airport and Lisbon centre. Clean room. Friendly staff. Good restaurant on site, open til fairly late. Seemed quite quiet as couldn't hear much noise from outside my room.

Very good hotel strategically located to visit Lisbon, by taxi in 10 minutes you are in the center spending from 8-11 €

Very good hotel and the comfortable bed, only that the TV does not have HDMI inputs to connect mobile or laptops.

Good Hotel with well educated staff. The breakfast buffet is alright, if you don't stay a complete week (then you can't see it anymore after the 4th day). The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms were more then clean every time we came back, the A/C worked really good. If you book this hotel, be sure, you are going to rent a car or you have a good sense of orientation, getting the ticket-system of the bus easy. The bus"drivers" do their job horrible, it's nothing for weak nerves and actually you have to stand all the way — and it can be long if you did your shopping trip. Otherwise you can still take a taxi, it's not so expensive as you think.

Pretty good in all but the cleaning, which to me is the most important. Menu for eating is bad enough, nothing that is similar to the great photos of the Charter. Only ice cream is worth.

Room was clean and quiet and air conditioning was very good, however the Wi-Fi did not work at all.
