Very impressed with the service and rooms. In a great location with lots going on at the doorstep and close to great local places but nice and quiet once the windows are all closed.

Surprisingly very well valued hotel. Staff were very attentive. Beds were very comfortable and location is perfect. Very close to Barrio Alto but far enough to be sleeping in complete silence.

Great hotel in the Chiado area and in the middle of the places you want to visit. Friendly and very helpful staff always willing to help, Catia in particular at the front desk. Breakfast was a wonderful variety of assorted choices for all palates. Dinner was well priced and full of deliciousness. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and nice amenities. I highly recommend it when considering a boutique hotel.

Modern spacious room, good range of fruits and baked breads for breakfast. Complimentary pastel de nata and port was a nice touch. Unfortunately shower not brilliant, and takes about 10-15 minutes for hot water to come through. Otherwise great stay in highly convenient location for sight seeing. We didn’t drive so parking wasn’t an issue, but it probably would be difficult if you did need to!

The people are lovely, the breakfast great and the situation amazing. The worst is the separation curtain from the bathroom.

Right in the center of Lisbon, on the Hill, we go down and climb. Maybe not easy for the older or disabled.

Small but friendly and clean. Excellent location as long as you don't mind the hills. Not the biggest rooms but they definitely serve their purpose.

Hotel is located in a very good, next to the elevator, the room on the 5 floor has a large balcony, you can see the city view, the only shortcoming is that breakfast is too simple. Behind the hotel there is a restaurant named BOA BAO Baobao, special fire, noodles delicious, cocktails superb.

This is hotel is gorgeous and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Some American channels on the TV.

Superb service. Every person treated us so well, we were very sad to leave. Got an upgrade, free breakfast thrown in (which we suspect is a standard) and took a wonderful dinner in their restaurant. Over a two week trip so far, this place has been the best!

We stayed 3 nights and, overall, had a good experience. The hotel is in a wonderful location for exploring Lisbon and it is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good — including "champagne"! I had some concerns about parking my car, which we did not need for the 3 days, but they simply took it away to their car park and returned it on the morning of our departure. Do not use the hotel laundry service. It is extremely expensive! There is a great launderette in Bairro Alto!

Located on one of Lisbon's loveliest squares, the Lisboa Carmo hotel offers unique views over the city. Rebuilt from an old building, the hotel has kept the traditional exterior and the cream-tiled lobby gives no clue to the sleek rooms within. Each of the 45 rooms reflects the city's history and identity with a modern and comfy touch. The hotel is also home to a great restaurant, Maria do Carmo.

Incredible hotel with friendly service, great rooms and located in the best part of Baixa-Chiado. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good location, clean hotel, friendly staff willing to go out of their way to help you. The rooms are large and modern. Caution this hotel is located up a pretty good hill but most in this area are.

Lovely little hotel in central Lisbon. Was impressed by the staff, efficiency and comfort. Free Wi-Fi was good, welcoming drink was a nice surprise, room had complementary bottle of water (much appreciated! ). My biggest concern was parking the car, but those fears turned out to be unfounded. Only minor feedback is that the room can be a bit dark if you have to pack your luggage before sunrise.
