Superb Hotel, very well placed, very professional receptionists.
The restaurant is to be discovered, a team also very good.

A lovely welcome! the staff speaks very good French and English, smiling and listening!
the hotel is bright spacious and very clean a small balcony in our room which was very nice. The restaurant offers a rooftop with a splendid view of the city, DJ entertainment in the evening and in the morning a gigantic buffet with something to enjoy!
the spa after a big day of sightseeing is very nice, we regret not having tried the massage…
a big thank you to all the staff we had a wonderful honeymoon.

Unplanned over night stay in Lisbon due to flight cancellation. However the silver lining was being referred to this hotel. It’s a gem in a gleaming box of jewels that is Lisboa. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Very chic and modern hotel with a nice bar and restaurant on the roof. Our room was very small and tight, but I bet the rooms with balconies are bigger. Indoor pool and spa on the first floor. Great central location.

Lovely place. I will remember that particular scent of oranges in the air for ever. The food is simply amazing. The service is perfect. A perfect place to find silence, relax and rejuvenating body and soul.

Fantastic Hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful and choose great recommendations for places to eat. The room was clean and spotless. Simple and modern design. You also get use of the spa facilities which include a very small pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Exactly what you need after hours of walking to castles and back, amazing! The views from breakfast are breathtaking, breakfast itself was simple but delicious. You can choose the usual eggs, mushrooms, sausage etc. Or you have cereals, fruits and yogurt drinks. But you have to try the cakes and pastries. Just Yum! Would definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a great location in Lisbon.

Lovely hotel tucked away in a side street. Close to the centre of things and accessible to a range of restaurants. If you stay here be comfortable with walking up and down hilly terrain.

This is a great hotel and a great location. It has good facilities, a restaurant with terraces with amazing views of Lisbon. Excellent food. I really liked the room, very modern and with everything you need. I recommend it to 100%.

Good location, very close to shopping mall and shops. The room was SILENCIOSAA and the breakfast was very small. Good service with helpful and friendly people.

I do not understand the rating assigned to this hotel.
A receptionist considered that we had smoked in the room while it was nothing. This lady closed the door of our office room before apologizing awkwardly. The shower in the room was defective, no water pressure, the door did not close and this created a puddle in the bathroom. Finally while we had booked at the hotel restaurant, we received a letter in our room to tell us that the restaurant had been privatized. Result no restaurant and noise. I highly recommend this hotel. For the same quality, a youth hostel will do the trick.

Beautiful hotel, super helpful and friendly staff, clean and fabulous location! Pollyana is absolutely adorable (she’s a waitress at the hotel restaurant) every front desk person was ready to help with a smile on their face! It was my mom’s bday and we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and dessert in the room thank you Lisboa Pessoa hotel for making our stay in Lisbon the best!

Super comfy bed, blackout shutters and smart modern decor makes this a pleasant place to stay in Lisbon. Niggles include pushy serving staff at breakfast inexplicably wanting the bill signed when you’re still eating, lack of gym equipment, a leaky shower head, and over aggressive replacement of toiletries (we didn’t need a new bar of soap every day! ). Staff in lobby were very helpful.

The bed was very comfortable, seldom slept so well. The rooms are very quiet, despite the central location of the house. Breakfast was good enough. The staff is professional and committed. Have self experience in the hotel industry and can recommend the house.
The selection of the breakfast buffet was better than in general on the Iberian Peninsula, but could be more diverse.

Great spot. Very friendly staff. Awesome pool/spa area. We were there for our honeymoon, and they hooked us up with champagne and cake in a room on the 4th floor with a great view over the city. Best feature is the location — right in Barrio Alto which makes it perfect for exploring the city.

Excellent position, very close to Roxio, Pessoa Hotel has luxury and big rooms. The breakfast is super, and the restaurant is in the top floor with a wonderful view of Lisbona.

WHAT A PLACE! Perfect hotel, amazing Concierge (Louisa was amazing — helping with child care and tourist attractions), Fantastic location, beautiful bedding, bathroom and design and all at the heart of Lisboa! Price is unique and everything was phenomenal. You can't go wrong with this hotel and it is recommended by ANY fancy or casual traveler. Thank you Pessoa!

A decent hotel right in the center of the historic Lisbon. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable Great restaurant and bar on the rooftop with amazing view of Lisbon.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was wonderful. The location is excellent. My wife and I just went there on our honeymoon. They sent us up a complimentary bottle of champagne and pastries that were phenomenal. The restaurant/ bar on the rooftop has pretty good food at reasonable prices. The views are fantastic. I do recommend bringing a dinner jacket because the temperature can drop rapidly there at night. 90 degrees F during daytime. 65 F at night with a little wind off the harbor. Take the staff's recommendations for eating out. They know the area very well and will direct you to amazing places at reasonable prices.

Perfect choice to go in pairs. The hotel is comfortable, with new facilities, some rooms with terrace and very central. The breakfast is plentiful and varied (and includes the wonderful pasteis de Belem! ) And in addition, the employees are extremely friendly! I will come back!

Very, very friendly reception. It was then explained everything to us in great detail, what you could visit in the city and as icing on the cake on top of it, there was even a free Upgrade to the rooms with a balcony and direct views of the castle. At any time gladly again. Very new, rooms well maintained and clean!
