Just arrived… The welcome is fine, the perfect location, very clean hotel, but I didn't think the rooms were so small, 4 days to spend here I'm not sure I'll like the experience! To follow!

Nice little hotel well located. Staff very enjoyable. Don’t pass on the buffet breakfast to start a great day! I highly recommend.

Very well located, very clean and friendly staff if I have given it 3 stars is because unfortunately the rooms are very small and it was really impossible to move in the room it is so small and I have requested that they give me another room surtt that I had a bb with me but they told me that the hotel was full.

Great location for this little boutique hotel in Baixa-Chiado districts. Rooms are certainly small but rooms are very clean and well-appointed and staff is very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great little boutique hotel near all the action in Baixa-Chiado districts. Hotel and rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly. Many of the rooms are exceptionally small — great for solo travelers, but I would recommend the bigger rooms or connecting rooms for two travelers. The bathrooms are very nice. The hotel has a restaurant called Taberna dos Lis, which offers a nice breakfast; and amazing lunch and dinner fare. Highly recommended.

We were there for our Anniversary back in February seriously one of the best places to stay in Downtown Lisbon the staff were great, best breakfast around and one if not the best location.

Very nice hotel, super clean and modern. Great breakfast. However, the rooms lack some Portuguese charm. Staff is very kind.

Pros: Convinient location, clean room, good service. Cons: The interior design was not as great, hard to reach a lot of things, and there was no kettle.

Here is a nice place, … and a super nice city, nice surprise for us.

Very clean but very small rooms. The bed only just fits in the room, with no space for anything else. No dressing table or mirror in the room, although there is one fixed to the inside of the wardrobe door. If you need to dry or straighten your hair you have to sit on the toilet and use the bathroom mirror. The bathroom door is frosted glass and the loo is right next to to door. Not ideal! We complained and asked for another room but the member of staff, although said she was sorry that they were all taken, did not seem sorry. False smile. They had the nerve to offer us another room on the last day of our visit, which we declined. Breakfast plates and cutlery are child size for child size portions. For a man who likes a good hearty breakfast to set them up for the day, they would need to go up to the buffet more than once. This is to encourage customers not to take too much I guess. The hotel is in a good position though.

Staff is marvellous! Great service! Room is really small but clean and new. Missed cable TV.
