Great hotel. Clean comfortable and close to everything. Rooms at small but well appointed.

Exceptional. The hotel is just 50 metres from the nearest Metro station. It has a 1930s vibe, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was very nice, the bar makes great cocktails in the evening, and you can choose the air-con of the bar, or a table in the street to watch the world go by. We had a 3 night stay, and have nothing but positive things to say.

The best location in the city. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Great breakfast. Rooms are nice and unique but a bit small.

Best hotel ever! Apple computer and tablet in the room. Big TV. Fantastic bathroom. Nice decoration. Washing machine and iron available. Bistro in the ground floor is amazing. Try the apple pie!

We had lunch at the terras, very reasonable priced for such a central location, but don't expect the best food good that price. But for a quick bite good enough.

My uncle and aunt were staying here and I visited them. They had a beautiful room. I think it's what is called a 'boutique hotel'. My only gripe would be that it's quite dimly lit but how much time does one spend in a hotel room any way?

The Hotel is very modern and very well located. It is in the center of Lisbon and good connection.

Excellent central location close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is very good and the bar lunch menu is reasonably priced and the smoked salmon with cream cheese on a bagel is very tasty. The attention to customer satisfaction is outstanding with all staff members being courteous, friendly and helpful. They all make every effort to make your stay as memorable as possible. A special mention for Carolina and Claudia who made our visit one to remember. Great place to stay.

A cosy, central hotel with a lift. We had a beautiful, large room with a view of the city centre (a very comfortable and high bed). The breakfast was great and varied (from fresh fruit and juices to cereals and various pastries) all in very nice ambiance. Service was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice location Poorly educated and rude those who cater to the cafeteria at breakfast, damage the experience.

Good size room for European standard. Very clean and modern. Perfect location. Only knock on this place is the free coffee during breakfast. It’s just not very good. Otherwise, I love it here.

Everything was perfect the hotel is well designed. The location is great, just around the corner from the metro, buses and tram and we could walk everywhere, near a lot of shops, and just few minutes walk to the main attractions. Very friendly and professional staff. We felt welcomed right from the beginning. Before check-in and after check-out time we could leave our luggage at the hotel and it’s possible to stay in the comfortable bar/ lobby provided with computers. The room was very clean, stunning decor with a large and comfortable bed, with super sound system that is a great touch, Nespresso coffee and tea provided, computer in the room is perfect and fast Wi-Fi. The room exceeded what we had booked for, a special thanks to Victor from the front staff, he also was very helpful with lots of advice. The breakfast was very nice and varied: meat, cheese, fruits, yogurt, eggs, cakes, croissant… Thanks a lot, if we’ll come Lisbon again we’re surely choose to stay at Browns Central again.

Room with no view, obscure. Ask for a room with a view of the street!

Location is perfect. The place in small, but comfortable. The rooms are tiny … but it’s hard to expect more in this location. They could do well it remove one piece of furniture from each room. In an effort to tick off all the amenity boxes, there’s just too much stuff in the rooms. Add two people and two suit cases … and you’re toast.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Breakfast is good, but can be crowded at times. Location is excellent, walking distance to many sites, and the metro is very close. Housekeeping is inconsistent and not always reliable.

I had a great time here! I got a good deal for the room, which, however small, has everything you need. I slept well in the comfy bed (which was made without a sheet for some reason). The complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The reception was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options. The location is perfect. Close to everything!

Just back from a four night stay in Brown's Central and I cannot fault the place whatsoever! Really well designed, modern hotel with comfortable rooms! The hotel is in a perfect central spot as we managed to walk to most attractions in Lisbon! Staff are really friendly and helpful and I would most definitely return to this hotel!
