Hotel located in the center of Lisbon a short walk from the metro station that connects you with the airport. A structure taken care of in architectural and technological details. Not brand new but overall well maintained.
Great service/price ratio, good breakfast outside, in adjacent bar belonging to the same hotel property.
Trained and professional staff.

Very nicely situated in the very centre of Lisbon. The hotel itself was ok, somewhat dark and narrow corridors, a bit chaotic entrance area, but not a problem. The room itself was ok/good, somewhat small, but ok. Cleanliness was good. The water pressure in the shower was poor. Breakfeast at Brown's Bistro around the corner was very nice. I would definitely recommend the hotel to people travelling to Lisbon on business or conferences. Perhaps a larger and lighter hotel would be preferable for a couple on romantic holiday or a family.

Location very good, staff very friendly and available but room zero bad smell in bathroom windows overlooking walls of a light well impossible to have fresh air housekeeping forgets once very disappointed.

I have never been in a room with so much technology! Super Central. Good attention. A little cold in the room and the shower was going regular as negative notes but would repeat.

Good hotel in an excellent location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Some nice touches like Nesspresso machine and iPad. The hotel is modern and we'll decorated. The only downside was a very temperamental shower. Plenty of places for food, drink and coffee nearby.

Love all Browns in Lisbon. Chic and cool.

Excellent value for money The room was great: it has a computer, a tablet, a powerful hair dryer, coffee and courtesy tea.

Great Hotel! Nice staff The rooms are clean and the suite wonderful! The only downside is the breakfast that takes place in the establishment a Cote (same group). Expect €10 Ideally located in the centre of Lisbon.
I recommend we were not disappointed!

Modern, central, elegant informal.

The finish of the decoration leaves a desire but otherwise the suite is great, beautiful. Only downside the breakfast has the outside DS a bistro of the same group and bathroom small lack of brightness.
The most: the lobby and smell of perfume from the hallways! Friendly staff.

In the heart of Lisbon, this hotel is close to all major attractions. Very friendly staffs, contemporary interiors, comfortable and clean beddings, good value for your money.

Hotel is very close to every where also near Train and also shopping mall. Hotel is like 5 star hotel, so is recommended for stay in portugal.

A great location. 1 block from the main street downtown and a few blocks from the water. No amenities and could hear construction at 1 am (jack hammers). A bit quirky with cool Marshall Bluetooth speakers.

I had booked a small room at Brown's Boutique Hotel  via booking for me, my wife and our daughter who is three years old and can sleep in our bed. When we arrived, we found out that the room was too small for us. There was no space for unpacking the baggage and the bathroom was in the room. We slept there the first night, but then decided that we could not stay there longer As we has paid in advance for 4 days, I told the guy  at the reception that we had booked by mistake a room that was too small for us and asked if he had a larger room free we could move to by paying the extra. He told me that I had what I had paid (? ), checked and there were no other rooms. Than I asked if we could get some money back if we moved out (so they could sell our room again), but he said no. As we had friends staying in an apartment, I told him that we were then moving with them, keeping the room only to store our baggage and he was ok with it (! ). We moved out, but when I passed by again to pick up something Manuel, the manager, came to me and offered us a suite in the nearby Brown's Downtown for no extra charge. The room was very nice and far larger. So, although the first guy was annoying, they treated us very well, doing much more than what they were supposed or asked to do (the booking was our mistake in the first place). Both hotels are nice and the staff is very helpful, although not all of them.

Hotel very well located. Exceptionally clean.
Very clean overall design. There are mixes an I — mac and I — pad in the room.
On the other hand, the arrangement of the rooms is not the smartest. Space too small.
He must leave open the door of the bathroom in order to open the one shower. And again, open it halfway because it stuck against the sink. Not recommended for people who have a bit of embompoint. The bathroom door is sliding and absolutely not waterproof. As she is just 50 cm from the bed, if you have a gastric problem your spouse would like ringside.
In short: Nice try but largely chalk. Nius will certainly go there.

Excellent location to visit on foot one of the most beautiful areas of Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A good option.

Excellent… Appart from a little problem with the temperature in my bedroom. It could be better if they include breakfast, since the price of the bedroom is high enough… And the opening time of the café where you can pay 10€for the breakfast-buffet doesn't match with a normal business schedule…

In the Center, the area is great. Very nice rooms and equipped with mac and ipad. Nowadays not very useful but there are. Tv, beautiful, though strangely doesn't take satellite channels. Does not have a parking nearby either. Overall, promoted with flying colors.

Nice hotel the Mac and iPad or iPod idea in every room is a very unique initiative plus the hotel is in the heart of the city but still quiet, shower is a bit hard to gauge however.

Nice modern rooms. Everything was clean and new. I-Pad and i-Mac in every Room, free Wifi, Coffee for free, single Kitchen with useable Stuff to cook and eat in the room. Hundrets of nice Bars and Restaurants in direct neighbourhood. Perfect location to start sightseeing tours. Only blemish was the view from the rooms window. A dark backyard.

Modern decor but still warm & welcoming. The room was clean, the staff were always ready to help, and we really enjoyed our stay. There was some noise from the street in the late morning, but it didn't bother me much (especially considering how conveniently this hotel is located). I didn't see the point of the iPad and iMac in every room (we never used ours except to charge our phones). Breakfast is in the nearby coffee shop, which was very good (huge muffins & pastries to choose from).
