Advertises free airport shuttle. This is not the case. 45 Euros for a shuttle that fits up to 8. Better off with a taxi… Other than that it is a nice hotel.

The Room was clean and the Staff were very friendly. Lots of dust; The breakfast was very good. A lot of noise from the waitresses, they start very early, slamming and drag of furniture… Bad soundproofing… away from the center; Wouldn't go back.

Very nice Staff. Rooms are beautifully designed. Unfortunately, we had a Room to the Street or Train Line. Therefore, very loud. When the Hotel is full, it's very noisy and hectic at Breakfast. Cleanliness down to the Armchairs well. There are Reducations in The Evaluation for this. The Location is Also not optimal.

Room with Dusty plafons and lampshades on the lamps, the room is declared as representative, in fact even the furniture is not new, saves only a chic view from the window. Great hotel, staff helpful, clean and well decorated. However not central, close to a metro station to get to the centre (about €1.50 a single journey or €6.30 for 24 hours).

Close to downtown, Metro stop, train and parking in the vicinity, good value for money, nice spacious room comfortable and quiet. Very nice. It is in a very quiet neighborhood where there are good restaurants and cafes where you can eat or dine abundant portions at good prices.

Very far from any site, expensive for the location, no parking (not even for payment, and in the vicinity you can not park) and the staff at the reception are scarce. Not exactly like in the public photos, the room is very small and smelled of humidity. Breakfast was the only thing that was good and the bar Lord very friendly (it was the only one I could go to to help me). It is not advisable to go sightseeing, perhaps for a passing night. Sincerely not a 4 star, the shower has no pressure. The breakfast of the powdered juice, for a ridiculous 4 stars. The neighborhood is sad, I advise against the value for money not correct. At this price you will find much better in Lisbon.

It's a very strange place. The hotel is declared as a "smart design" that it has a design — completely incomprehensible.
The rooms are not called dirty, but the dust on the plafonds and ceiling will soon be able to study archaeology.

We enjoyed this comfortable and nice hotel for our weekend in Lisbo in November. Each floor has an amazing and really nice design. The breakfast is very good. The staff are smiling and available. LUTECIA is a few steps from a metro station giving access to all the essential places of this charming city. A music TV channel would be a little nicer for the morning sunrise.

In conclusion: Hotel convenient for location. Overall good but nn perfect in cleanliness. Anonymous atmosphere from large hotels.

Average price. Very clean. Friendly staff. Provides shuttle to the airport. Absolutely great location to visit Lisbon since you are close to the subway and as well as train station and buses.

AMAZING! Highly recommend. I was already in Portugal and needed a hotel in Lisbon so my mother called from America to help me book it and get everything set up! She said they answered all of her questions, they were super helpful and easy to deal with over the phone. Then, when I finally got to the hotel for check-in they had everything and there was no fuss, just standard check-in. They gave me a map and gave me some information on the general information of downtown Lisbon to make navigating around easy. Also, the location is so great! On my first night there I didn’t go into Lisbon’s city centre but I did walk around the neighborhood the hotel was in to explore a bit, felt really safe and it was always easy to find my way back. Then for the next day of actually exploring Lisbon the hotel is so great for being able to hop on a train easily and go where you want! The room itself was great, too. After a few months of living and traveling in Portugal, my last few days were quite bittersweet as it was hard to leave; however, having such a great hotel to stay in made it easier, and I was so well rested and rejuvenated for the rest of my travels! The quality, the comfort, it definitely made my last few days in Portugal very comfortable and relaxing. Room service was on point, so was breakfast in the morning. Definitely will stay there again when I visit Lisbon! :D.

This hotel is pretty well placed, 5 minutes maximum, for a reasonable price. The rooms are very comfortable although some details could be improved. The breakfast is full and good. The whole experience was very pleasant. I recommend it without a problem.

Came for Rock In Rio, and the location of this hotel is top notch, the rooms are pretty, the bed is confortable and the breakfast are fine too. Overall, recommended.

Each plant has a different decor, spacious rooms with Wi-Fi and a terrace. The buffet is normal.

We had a wonderful vacation in Portugal. Luckily I have known most of the European countries. Without hesitation, I can say that Portugal was the country where better attended us, mainly by Portuguese citizens. Taxi drivers, waiters, the Guide Miss Sofia who accompanied us during the tour we did across the country, ordinary people who have any questions we attended with the utmost kindness. Finally, we have met a wonderful country where look. I can't say the same thing about the hotel. And my complaints are not addressed or wing staff who did it with great kindness, either food, the quality of the rooms, or to all services provided, etc. About which I do not no qualms.
We were three people who occupy two rooms and were seven nights (which few tourists occupy seven nights two rooms at the same hotel) and have eaten very well several of those nights.
What annoys me and I can not tolerate the lack of consideration for three passengers who spent all the time referred to in that hotel.
What caused me great indignation and, at the time of writing I can't forgive, is that by having to travel to Morocco via Malaga do not let me have a single suitcase, if only, for five days until our return in that we were going to stay two days more in that hotel and us being three persons of more than 70 years.

The hotel has been recently renewed. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is polite and professional. The only problem is the location which is quite far from the centre.

We have mattresses of about 20 years (and I'm talking about knowing what I say), was noticed les docks and also made an unbearable noise with the slightest movement; of how tough I am not going to speak because that goes on tastes. If that is added having railway next door and that go trains and meters every 5 minutes approximately… Sleep has been difficult and rest impossible. The buffet, although it is well stocked, has quality products and they are also quite tasteless. When expressed my complaint on the beds to the boy of reception only I said that were thinking in undertake reforms, in no time is apologized or tried to compensate us of any way. The room and the hotel in general in particular seemed pretty grim; look at the pictures that come out here and I wonder if I've been in the same hotel, I only recognize the building and a duras penas reception. And there is no parking, nor they have plots in the parking that you refer or anything similar.

The hotel is very lo unico q if you come by car, the hotel n it has parking… If you find a site across the street is a green area…
