Clean and quiet. I had a good sleep which is very important to me.

Nice experience, we had a big room, with a nice view, the staff was also very friendly, the breakfast was the bast part of it. Moreover, it has a great localisation, nearby the metro station.

Nice personnel, clean rooms, super comfortable bed and famtastic breakfast buffet. Would definitely stat here again when in Lisbon.

Excellent. Big clean rooms. Breakfast superb. Not in the centre but easy walking and even easier transport to centre and airport. Lisbon itself is an amazing city.

Great location, breakfast buffet, bathroom, bed and amenities. Small but nice mini bar. Big lobby. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very near to an underground and train station. Also the view from the ninth floor was pretty good. Nothing more to expect from a hotel of that price.

Although outside the centre of Lisbon it's close to the metro station Roma which is on the Green Line in to the heart of downtown Lisbon. Friendly staff many of whom speak English, good facilities, nice rooms with comfy beds, and good service. Modern and contemporary, it's a pretty good base for a trip to the beautiful city of Lisbon.

Very good and affordable hotel. Enormous room, with balcony and a little living room. Bath and shower. Only 300 metres from the Metro station but is taxi only a 9€ and 10 minutes drive.

Came only for an overnight whilst waiting my flight so can’t really say about the location. But if a metro station nearby, nobody can really complain about getting anywhere.
Only detail to improve: room service is only until midnight ans there is nothing in the fridge. Literally empty. My flight was delayed and I arrived 00:05 and ended up not eating.
The staff told me there are bars in the area, but I didn’t have the energy to explore. Having some nuts in the room would do.

Hotel accessible to all, welcoming, clean. The inconvenience narrow bathroom, and there is no shower but a bathtub.

Excellent value for money. 200m to nearest metro station (Green line), which will take you straight to downtown in about 10 minutes. Time to travel from airport about 20 minutes on metro. Pros: — Good breakfast selection — Friendly staff — Clean and comfy — Good location Cons: — Nothing really.

Don't expect much! Room fairly clean, we we're just here for a night to catch an early flight, thank goodness. Room is very small. We booked through expedia, standard room, $131 Canadian. Was advertised as a balcony room… no … they are only in the executive/deluxe or family rooms, much more expensive. Also advertised with a coffee maker… No… Again in other rooms. If you request one they want a 25euro deposit. It does have a breakfast but we were leaving 20 mins before it was open, did not offer a go bag or anything, told us we could a coffee at the airport. TV has very limited channels and no inputs for and usb sticks ect. Find another hotel if you can this one not worth the price or inconveniences.

Perfect location next stop bus and metro station. Good location.

Hotel well located to reach the airport, enough for a night in transit on Lisbon.
Do not stay there to visit the city as very eccentric.

A lunch box is offered for departures very early in the morning.

Wondering if I've been in a better place than this. I don't think so. Very close subway lines to the center, specially helping crew, delicious bath soaps, very fair in-store. Everything you need.

Nice place, with good service by all staff members so far. They are always ready to provide information, always useful and correct. It isn't located on the city center, but access to it and other places of interest is very easy, as the hotel stands next to both subway and train stations, and to a city tour bus stop as well. There's plenty of commerce and services nearby, and also the Campo Pequeno (kind of a shopping mall).

For those who have a romantic weekend in mind with an ideally located hotel and views that would let your camera heart skip a beat,, look elsewhere. It's more of an "let's go with the office" kinda place. Rooms are small but clean and have a good TV & Wi-Fi set up. Bathroom isn't that roomy either but it gets the job done. The beds are fine and I can't complain about the pillows. Nearby you'll find a subway station, a supermarket, a gas station and the train tracks right beside the hotel (not overly noisy). Booking here will guarantee value for money and no regrets.

Recommended hotel with excellent value for money as being a 3 * The reception is 5 *. Spacious and comfortable rooms-I recommend it for families-and breakfast very well. Location not very central but has the Metro to two minutes.

Nothing special but inexpensive. The breakfast is very one sided with very little choice. The proximity of the train station is however top.

Hotel that has the advantage of being close to the airport, which is especially convenient in case of late arrival or need to catch a plane very early in the morning. The immediate proximity of a metro station makes it easy and quick to get to the city centre. Rooms spacious and clean, good bedding. Breakfast with buffet offering a wide choice. Offers a decent catering service at a reasonable price. Home a little impersonal but decent.

Great hotel and great location. 100 meters from the Metro Green Line (the main one) to reach the important sites to see. Staff very very friendly and always ready to fix quslsiasi inconvenience. We had a double room with a large very cozy bed, the room was very large with sofa and armchair and big TV, the breakfast was excellent and had something to offer for every taste.

Recommended Hotel to spend a few days visiting Lisbon, very spacious rooms, acceptable breakfast with a variety of products, magnificent metro and train communications (metro station Rome and train station Roma-Arreiro). Only downside is that despite the double windows you will hear a little noise from the trains. For the car parking you are offered parking nearby €7 day) very good attention from the reception staff.

Comfortable, economic and clean. Service in the rooms and restaurant. The only problem is that the conditioned ones make too ruìdo in the rooms. We had to change them. Very close to the center.

Great deal on the part of the staff, it's like being at home. Breakfast with great free buffet. The location is also perfect, just a few steps away a train station and a metro mouth. With a card of 6, €15 is available for 24 hours of availability to use Metro, bus, tram, … with a card of 10, €0 you can use the commuter train to move to Sintra, Coimbra, … It is difficult to use the car in Lisbon. Spacious clean quiet room. Free with the great verity breakfast. The only small issue for us was that two beds next to each other instead of one queen bed. Local price is significantly higher than if booking in advance.

For a 3 starred hotel it was awesome, the rooms were pretty good, the food was very tasty, the crew very professional and it was always clean, nothing to complain.

For a three star it is good. Clean, good breakfast However J removes a star as the staff was kindly limited.

From the rooms on the railway, despite the double windows, you hear the train. The paperwork keeps them up late at night. Other hotels will return them right away. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great.

I stayed in this hotel on two different occasions and found it excellent. The staff were more than helpful and my rooms were spotless. I will stay there next time I go to Lisbon as the room rates were very good too.

Good hotel in Lisbon. I got stuck in Lisbon for a day thanks to TAP Airlines, which I'd rather fly off a cliff than fly with again. TAP was nice enough to provide this hotel for the night, which was decent of them. The hotel was in an older building, but the building was pretty spotless. The furniture in the rooms, restaurant, and Lobby were in good condition, and I liked the hardwood floors. Carpets suck! : (The employees were very nice. I was part of a group of travelers visiting Morocco with Gate 1, and we all were delayed a day going back to the states. Some of us were a tad crabby, and the hotel staff were understanding and kind. The location of the hotel is nice; it's close enough to main attractions, but not so close that you're dealing with the touristy crowd. I would absolutely consider staying here again if in Lisbon.

Hotel is great so is breakfast buffet. Only thing isnt great is a lady named sylvia who is very rude and has an awful customer service attitude and wonder how she is at front reception.

I haven't stayed at the hotel but the restaurant is our go to place for our family's Christmas day lunch. The food is good but not great and the price is decent considering what day it is.
