I absolutely love the hotel, it's perfect! The staff and the service have been absolutely amazing and super competent. Would recommend but unfortunately here in these premises today I have been a victim of homophobia. Another guest was homophobic towards my partner and I. Unfortunately, the guest did not realise that although my partner is milk bottle white and from Ireland, I am Portuguese and obviously understood the distasteful joke made at our expense to hotel staff. The member of staff in question made no effort to attend the highly stressful situation to my partner. It is his first time in Portugal and curiously also his first time being attacked and mocked in public because of his sexual orientation. Instead, the bar staff accepted the homophobic joke, probably laughed and just went back to polishing his glasses. We complained to one of the receptionists who took the matter very seriously and we appreciate that. He addressed the guest, asking for a simple apology to me and my partner in private, obviously not in public, as that would harm his sterling male homophobic ego. As a matter of fact, he denied even saying it. The receptionist informed us that we were not getting an apology, that there was nothing else he could do and that he was extremely sorry. It is unfortunate that this sort of behaviour is accepted in a 4-star hotel that you would think is frequented by decent people like us.

Great place to stay, excellent staff — very helpful and kind, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, nice pool!

The hotel look amazing from the outside but I was shocked on the condition my room was in. I was upgraded to a bigger studio but as soon as I passed the door the room looked a mess, zero attention to detail all furniture was full of dust even wrote on it to show the staff, the kitchenette appliances were full of grease and finger prints. It looked like someone lived there for a week and only made the bed without cleaning anything else, was not expecting that on a 4 star hotel at all. Was offered another room and even tho I was very upset all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The views were very nice and even tho there was a party that night which I was informed by them, I didn't ear any noise. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice for different types breakfast. Overall was a good experience on the count of the staff being very friendly and the amazing views just a bit disappointing on the small details like cleaning even on the hotel common grounds and the condition of some furniture in the rooms but would stay again due to location and views.

First day here instead of putting my feet up and relaxing on my arrival I felt that I was rushing and waiting for ages because there’s no clear instructions on what goes where, where to get what nor where to pay for what. 1) I went to 3 different places to look for a towel only to be sent back to the reception that COULD have given it to me upon arrival but instead I was given a paper card and told “this is for the pool towels” and the wait was unbelievable because there were other guests on a que checking in. 2) Upon FINALLY finding the spa I was told that I need to pay for a cap that has to be worn at all times, I don’t mind paying for a cap but now I have to go ALL the way back to my room to get cash because they “can’t” charge it to the room…! 3) to top it off, when the shower drain in the bedroom wasn’t broken… does it get any better? All this hassle COULD have been avoided if all this information or items where simply supplied at the reception when checking in and the rooms where properly checked before letting a new customer in! For 4stars, these little issues that build up to MANY little issues could be changed to make the customers stay more relaxing instead of feeling like I’m on a marathon!

Cheap and very high quality. It's 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot. Class!

I came to the desk not well dressed and the concierge ask me rudely "what do you want", I said I was just checking in, and he said "no, you can't, you have to have a reservation", which of course I did… Then they had to change our room, so another 45 minute wait.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NIGHTMARE We checked-in late in the night at around 11:30 PM. As we entered the room, we found out that the Air conditioning was not working, on reporting the same to the receptionist we got an answer that he will send someone in 10 min, but nobody showed up ever. We then saw that there was only one blanket in the room and 2 separate beds. So we called up the receptionist again for the blanket, to which we got a very rude answer, that he cannot do anything about it as the hotel was full! (Really! such a big hotel does not have enough blankets for the guests). Even after informing him that my wife is pregnant so we need one for her comfort, nothing changed in his attitude. He continued back answering. Even after everything, we tried to ignore the matter and sleep (as we were really tired), but then we felt something crawling in the bed. We woke up again to discover that there were ants in the bed (See pics). We had restless night during our last day of the trip. Fridge was rusted, stools provided were also old and stained (See pics). Its not as good as they show in the pictures. Sheer waste of money. You dont get what you pay for.

Spa was ok, wouldn't recommend, get an Airbnb instead.

The Wi-Fi has barely coverage, something unforgivable in a 4 star hotel.

Hotel come to less, with some facilities, rooms and golf course that give an initial idea of a certain luxury and focus on a certain economic level public.
However, soon it is observed that the maintenance is deficient, that the defects and flaws in rooms and facilities are numerous and it takes to be arranged and that the kitchen is quite normal.

A nice location with friendly staff. Lunch was buffet and the food was very good.

Hotel Pesimo, not advisable to anyone treatment fatal they don't care about everything. Very bad food if your home eat well here you eat fatal and I forgot not to take orange juice because save the medicine envelope for the Costipa.

Far away from the city. Cab is the only way to access it. But the property is good.

Great hotel, sorry to be located on Mount Kapuchos, not on the ocean.

Bad hotel in general separates the category of the breakfasts according to the level of the clients and limited the time to 30min.
Bad service and poor attention.

I hv. Been their in Last week and also several times I like because it is near the beach COSTA DA CAPARICA where the guys pratic wind-surf kit-surf and so on… BEST REGARDS.

Not very good lack of pool bathrobe 6 joirs We are obligated to take the towel the chabres half made no toilet paper denial days room not made neither bed nor glasses lava does not speak French this is not normal in addition 2 days meal a C Arte more than 10 people buffet every day the thing Mee 1 or 2 times it goes the it starts to do well.

Very nice clean hotel with very good food.

It is about 30 minutes from Lisbon centre and about 5 minutes from the beach. Nice vision. Relatively poor condition of the rooms. Nice pool and fitness areas. Golf course does not deserve the name (9 hole short course).

Don’t know why everyone got to check in before 3pm, some around 1pm some around 1:40pm. But the receptionist kept me waiting in the lobby for more than 2 hours keeping telling me that my room is not ready! No shuttle bus to anywhere. After my 18hours fight I got to wait in the lobby for another 2hours. Can’t believe that everyone got the room before 3pm expect for me. Maybe because I look too ugly or too Asian.

Nice spa, however some services are not fully functional like pressure showers in pull and ice machines next to sauna.

Good hotel, free parking. It's a little far away so you need a car to get there. Breakfast is very good and varied.

A quiet hotel where you can enjoy a few days of rest playing golf. It has rooms with a kitchen and a swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel, located above a hill. It has everything you need to spend a good holiday. It is close to the beaches of the Caparica coast and close to Lisbon.

Nice and comfortable hotel near Lisbon in a great enclave. The hotel has a gym, spa and golf course. It also has several multi-purpose rooms for conducting events. The rooms are quite large and include a kitchenette. The main disadvantage I have encountered is its location with respect to Lisbon, which is aggravated when the only public transport to go to the capital are bus + ferry or taxi.

I did more than a year laba cool meals and dinners room view cool pool to redo.

The place is quiet on top of a small cliff.
The hotel is very good… especially the spa and the gym. The right rooms in a somewhat claustrophobic hotel hallways.

Room spacious, clean, beds are made every day (or almost! ) So is Sdb. The maids a little noisy in the hallway. Nice view frame.

This place has very high standard, we got the highest price room ND it was worth every penny, in door ND outdoor pool amazing, he kids play area ND different room from jacuzzi /steam room with a calm atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back this time with the kids xxx I strongly recommend also ask for the highest level so u can get great view.

Room wasn't the cleanest they don't change your sheets daily. The food that you pay a lot of money for as we are full bord is bad not much to chose from.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food could be improved. It has a golf course and is close to the beach. Better to ask for a taxi than bus to get around.

It is place for becoming better.

I chiflaaaa… great everything. There's some thing that I'd improve. But they don't matter if we value the whole stay… would repeat without hesitation. Pity that all good things are over…

Beautiful hotel just outside of Caparica. Despite the many rooms it is a quiet and relaxing place. Very generous buffet meals with extended hours. Excellent service and cleanliness. Daily towel for beach included.

Nice view quiet place perfect for pampering. Nice staff and smiling. Great breakfast buffet at dinner.

Expensive, showers do not work in the spa part. No shower support in our room, but bathtub and equipped kitchen (in some rooms)
A little dust and the joints in the bathroom were black.
Otherwise quite pleasant and quiet.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are well equipped. I'd put bigger beds. The food is very tasty. The hotel is modern and new.

Amazing view with golf course.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel, we had booked a trip organized with elsewhere, we frankly very poorly eats, 3 evenings we were served Brussels sprouts re-heating, and still the food was the 3/4 of time warm see cold. In this hotel there are two services one for the rich and one for like us travelers passing through an agency. Not recommended,
If we return to Portugal this hotel will be excluded from our selection.

Lovely hotel and spa, the only downside is the connection between the two. It is horrible cold, and it makes no sense since you are supposed to relax in the spa and then freeze and catch a cold on your way to the rooms. Apart from that the staff is lovely the food is very good and the hotel is very clean all round.

Facilities good, but service of food guy. Great and bad, and the water served it time. Not what I recommend.

Service very grumpy and irritating, annoying soccer team and all the personal food with very bad desire, nothing as shown in the photo. No preferred.

Expecting much from this hotel, all nice and well it seems not resembles reality. Start for the hosts, light is not too good, there are millions of desperfectos (miren las camas, paredes, las duchas), food is terrible, is a law firm with little variety, service trafficking people inappropriately, activities such as the spa, pool, etc, charged to part. They asked us deposit €30 per person, they used the damage previously said to take away part of it. I am very unhappy, both for treatment received as the rooms. I do not recommend it.

I must say, that this hotel I liked nothing. The service was lousy, and it staff was grumpy. The rooms were small and very different from the photos that show us. We can not enjoy public areas because they are paid.
Supposedly they have all-you-can-eat buffet, but that I could be it buffet, since it has very little variety of food. The bathroom is very poorly organized, as it is the tub that you can dip the whole bathroom. In summary, you not invited for anything in the world to spend a holiday at this hotel. Horrible!

Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. I once arrived early and by booked room was not ready, so they upgraded me at no extra charge. Breakfast is great and supper was also very high quality. Should you wish to go to the beach, it only takes about 5-8 minutes to drive there.

Great hotel. Big rooms, nice pool, spa and gym! Not far aqay to beaches. Recommend to habe a car.

The room had a lot of space and good quality. Staff was also very friendly. That said, if you plan on sleeping late be ready to put up with a lot of noise as people, just by talking normally, while passing in the corridor will seem like they're standing right beside you.

Food and service not worthy of a Meliá.

They have recommended us. Excellent hotel.
