Comfortable rooms overlooking the sea. Lovely outdoor pool with direct access to the sea.

Great location, right by the sea and a wonderfully heated pool. On foot they are there. 45 minutes to the old town, or you can take the bus, the stop is just above the hotel.

Very nice place to stay near Serra da Estrela, very family oriented. Great indoor pool when the weather is not great for the outdoor pool. Great breakfast with local food.

A very nice apart hotel in Seia. Quinta is very nice and it’s decorated beautifully. Apartments are enough big, with a fire place and kitchen is enough well equipped.

The owner, Mr. Joel, and his son Bruno were incredibly welcoming.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hosts gave us a warm welcome with a taste of Madeira wine and made us feel at home right away.

The staff was lovely and helpful, the breakfast was very good and diverse everything was fresh. The facilities (pool, jacuzzi) were good and clean.

We loved our stay here. Warm welcome. Good sized room for two people. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen are was really adequate for our needs. Beds look firm, but they are very comfy. Had excellent sleep.

I do not generally write reviews, but the customer service provided by Isabel Silva was so outstanding that it demands commendation.

The hotel is charming. It's clearly part if a chain, but still family owned, and they are clearly proud of what they have created. It feels a little aging, but adds to the character of the building.

Staff and food excellent. We befriended a little ginger cat and were told it had been taken away in a cage.

We discovered this cozy quinta in the mountains near Guarda, and our planned one-night stay doubled because we couldn't bear to leave.

We stayed in this hotel in May for 3 nights. We received an upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was very modern, the kitchen fully equipped, and a beautiful terrace.

Stayed here for a second time and really enjoyed my visit. For travellers looking for simplicity, cleanliness, comfort and a great location they have all you need.
