We arrived at apartment just after 11 am to find out that room would not be ready till at least 4 pm. This put a damper on the start of our holiday as there is not a lot to do in the surrounding area. Lunches don't start till 12.30 so had to kill time in the pool area. Room was a good size but had small ants in the living area and was told someone would come up and deal with them this did not happen as they were still there when we left. Overall the holiday was ok but did not get sheets changed on the 9 nights we were there but did get towels changed regularly. The staff were friendly and the meals in the restaurant were very good and value for money.

Lovely large flat with balcony that caught the sun almost all day. Suits us as not really pool or beach fans. 2 restaurants on sight not the best but 2 small cafes near main entrance were very good and both reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Really nice place to stay only use as a hq though as there is nout to do but chill.

Self catering apartment very good just what we want no hassle or problems.

Average all round. Clean. Friendly staff. Free shuttles to the beach and cheap taxis back. Very nice short stay.

We had a great holiday here. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Very loud and noisy stay. Walls and floors are thin. Would not recommend. Management would not relocate when asked to move rooms. Housekeeping was excellent.

Have been here about 10 times in the last 5 years wouldn't stay any where else in vilamoura.

My experience in Parque Mourabel has always been first class. Apartments are roomy and I have always found them perfectly maintained. With cleaning six days a week I have never found them to be anything other than spotless. The staff, without exception are friendly, courteous and bend over backwards to be helpful. This year I experienced a fall while up north in Porto and had to use a wheelchair and mobility scooter for a month during my stay. The hotel is fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters with plenty of room to manoeuvre in the apartments and lifts. There was no part of the hotel I couldn't go and the drivers of the free shuttle were absolutely fantastic putting the scooter on and off the bus and helping me in and out of the bus too. Again I have to congratulate Parque Mourabel on having staff who not only are helpful, but cannot do enough to help guests.

Very very basic accommodation. No air con. We didn't even have seating in the living room, instead there were 2 single beds. Neighbouring apartments were very noisy, with loud DIY happening all times during the day/night. Wouldn't stay again, expensive for how basic it was.

Nice, clean, tidy place. Good prices for long term stays. Staff very friendly.

Booked via jet 2 holidays, who may I point out were no help while on holiday. Checked into room went to sit on bed and a spring popped through. On inspection discovered mattress was covered in poo, Checked other 2 one had pee other had blood. Complained at reception within 20 mins of being in room, Sent a pr rep called Fiona as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Complained to Jet to tried to fob me off till Wednesday 13th, Slept on floor first night as had been travelling since 4am and after 4 hours arguing with management I was shattered. Long and short I was supposedly upgraded free off charge to the room pictured. I paid extra and moved to pe do lago complex which was better, However my experience with staff was not and being in the tour industry myself you always have to treat your customers 100%. Its a standard. I would not stay at this resort again but its all down to personal options but I wouldnt expect people to pay for a bloody, pee, poo ridden bed.

Beautiful scenery, very nice people, great weather every day.

Spacious, but very old apartments, the decor shines by their absence, they do not have air conditioning only two small table fans and they go regular and the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired.
The place very quiet and you have to use the car for everything.
The employees if they are very friendly, best of all.

Would have been a 5 star if the pool was heated and open outside of the season… the room was wonderful and the staff were informative… also had the pleasure of seeing a pair of falcons from our balcony. The bar and restaurant downstairs was good too…

Great hotel, kind staff and good facilities. Check out a bit early at 10AM unlike other hotels in Spain. Spacious room and a lot of kitchen appliances unlike other hotels. They have an outdoor swimming pool that has a lot of space for people to swim in, the water there was very clean — no chloride at all. There are 5 floors, but in the elevator you have a selection of 9 floors, but floors 6, 7, 8, and 9 come up with an error. Unfortunately, there are no indoor swimming pools, there are no cards as keys, you get normal keys like the ones to your house, no gyms but overall the hotel is great.

Comfortable apartments, bedding, towels and apartment cleaned everyday. Close to bars and restaurants open till around 11pm. Mini bus that takes you from the hotel to the marina everyday at 11am and picks you back up around 4pm. Good for a 5 day visit.

Very affordable price, cleanliness is almost perfect except on beds, very bad Wifi connection.

Lovely place everything well catered for. Had a lovely stay.

A simple clean and well run complex offering great value for money.
