Hostels in BarlaventoHostel

Had a great stay at this hostel!

Stayed here with two friends, we were in the 4 bed room, which was small but perfect and had lockers to put important things in and shelf near beds for bags. Bed was really comfortable too.

Very clean and nice aesthetic hostel! The personell was super nice! Lived my stay there, they also had a kitchen and you could buy water and soda there (not expensive).

We had a good experience here. Nice courtyard and clean kitchen. The beds were very comfortable but the rooms where a little on the small side so just a little hard to maneuver if the room w as full.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, the staff were super friendly and the outdoor spaces were lovely to mingle with other guests. Highly recommend this hostel!

It’s so cozy and family-like. Felt super safe and comfy instantly. Nice garden and rooftop and other spots to hang out. Location is very convenient for whatever you have planned.

Stayed 5 days in this hostel and I enjoyed every day. Calm ambient, spacious dorms and very clean. Few minutes from the old town and main beach of Albufeira. Will come back next year!

Such a nice Hostel! Fatima the manager was friendly and kind, such a sunshine person.
The location is a great, just few steps from the beach and old town (be aware party old town).

For the price we paid 40 euros for the night for 2 ppl it wasnt that bad.

Simple place, simple room, but it’s clean and has everything you need. Very kind man on check in, we are from Ukraine, he showed us support, which was nice of him. Fair price and good location.

If you are unsure, pick this hostel. The girls at reception always had great recommendations and knew what they were talking about. Everyone at the hostel was super nice and welcoming.

We are very happy with your service! The staff were fantastic and very helpful… thank you so much! This was our second time staying with you, and we will definitely book with you again in the future.

Just back home after a 4 night stay here.
Have to say how impressed I was with the cleanliness of Musical Hostel, Staff were great, all helpful with advice re: buses, airport transfers etc.

Good and clean, nice staff. But safety measures could be better. Rooms don't lock and there's no way to identify who is a guest since there's no bracelet system.

Amazing staff, great location central for beach and old town. Accommodating with leaving luggage and using facilities after checkout. Pool and common areas very social and a great vibe!

Had an awesome time, met awesome people, the volunteers were alll amazing. Felicity, João, Jose, Agathe, and all the others were so great and welcoming. Good mix of relax & party.

Nice clean hostel in the middle of the old town. But far from the beach (30-45 min walk) but the old town is nice and still very Portugese.

Family owned hostel — met mother and daughter. One of the best host I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. It felt as if I was staying at a very close family members home.

Very well run lovely stay here. Staff was excellent anytime I needed something they was able to help or advise. Really clean ideal location aswell.

Really nice hostel, more like a hotel. Immaculate. Good kitchen and nice common room with TV. Rooms are great and beds are comfy. Staff are great.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in a female two bedroom. Had a roommate the first night and the whole room to myself the second night. Everything was very clean and well kept.

The location of the place was quite central but in a peaceful corner. The rooms were clean. The entire staff was very friendly and fuss free.

Good vibe. Decent people. Normal service. Decent food. They offer food that is not available everywhere.

Ive been there during Afro nation portimao. It’s my 2nd time here and I am always happy to come back. This place is refreshing, amazing and nice I really love it.
I recommend people to come!

Great experience! New and functional hotel with large rooms and a few steps from the center. Starting point for visiting places in the area and returning in the evening.

It is a perfect place if you are looking for a cheap and charming hostel.

Fantastic place close to shops, bars, cafés and beach… everyone very friendly and helpful. Staff always.

Amazing! I loved staying at Macarena Beach Hostel! Both the hostel and its staff made my experience in Lagos very special. It's clean and the facilities have everything you need, even a pool table!

Thank you so much Jessica and Joyce for making my stay so special 🫶. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, excellent location, Bathrooms and dorms cleaned everyday, lovely outdoor lounge area, met so

All good delightful location helpful staff nice accommodation clean tidy and well kept worth a return visit.

The people there are very kind! It was my first time staying in a hostel and didn’t know what to expect. You will love this place! It’s close to the beach and in the heart of all the actions.

The place was great overall, I would recommend a few things such as a big mirror to see outfits, option for breakfast or snacks or a dinner once a week together, the bar crawl was super fun, I would

I had a great stay at the hostel. The owner and staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms and public area are very clean and tidy.

Amazing hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel was not luxury, but everything was very clean and well decorated. Lot of space to chill in the living room and terrasse.

Very cozy guesthouse with lovely antique decor and it feels like travelling back in time. Everything is well equipped, clean and well maintained. There was a kitchen with freezer, fridge, oven etc.

Really cool hostel, the employee who checked us in gave us a little tour and said the house is 300 years old. The walls are covered in art and it feels like you are staying in a museum.

I thought this was a very calm, clean, and restful hostel. The windows provide nice lighting. There is a washing machine that is free to use (detergent to buy for around 2 euros).

Would absolutely stay again! Receptionists were very helpful. Facilities worked well and the overall atmosphere felt like a cute home. Good for a short stay!

Nice hostel in a great location The service is very good and also very clean. I recommend visiting it.

The hostel is very well located. The service was good and the staff was nice and helpful. It was made sure that the guests were feeling safe, by locking the main door. Overall a good stay!

Great location, lovely rooftop, clean and helpful staff. Can’t complain about any part of our stay!

The staff is very friendly. The rooftop is a very nice spot to socialize or relax. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town.

I stayed for 4 nights and I really recommend this hostel :)
The owners are a portuguese couple, they are very kind.

Have been to some dorms and this one was in my opinion pretty good maybe the best I’ve had so far. You have everything you need and the host is very kind and helpful.

Very lovely hostess, big open kitchen/communal area, stay in a twin room which had air conditioning, the pool is a bit small but a nice touch.

Stayed there for 3 days and it was a 10/10, it was a cute hostel, everything that we needed, in a great location! It was in the centre of the Old Town, less than 5 minutes walking to the beach.

Check in is with the Ale-hop staff. Hotel is nice and clean. Easy accommodation for ambulatory people. Small external luggage storage.

HI Lagos is a modest and older youth hostel, but it offers exactly the kind of reliable service that keeps me coming back to this chain.

Very good place to stay. It's cheap and the staff (reception, cleaners) is really friendly! It's in the centre, so close by everything.
