Lovely apartment and a very chilled out place… we had a car to visit lots of places of interest but I would thoughly recommend it.

Great place to spend with your family during summer time. Quiet, neat and very comfortable. The water from swimming pool is very warm.

Worst place I've ever been. They sell it to you as a hotel, but it doesn't even have a bar. It leaves a lot to be desired. They're not going to clean your rooms. They don't give you towels. All the customers were at the reception protesting. A poor boy had two days of cold water to shower. You weren't being fixed by any of the incidents, and on top of that some (male) employee at the front desk was dealing with you. Disastrous.

Stay in Pestana Gramacho Residence from 12/08 until 17/08. Room Number 2003B. First of all, I want you to know that I have booked the room for the Pestana Hotel, because I know the Pestana’ Services Standards, as an usual guest. I have used Pestana’s hotels in Brazil for business and pleasure events since 2011 (Pestana Rio Atlantica, Pestana Bahia Lodge, Pestana Natal Beach Hotel) for several times, and Pestana’s name has always been a synonymous of high quality services and guest treatment, as expected from the largest multinational hotel group of Portuguese origin. Nevertheless that was not what I have found on Pestana Gramacho Residence during my last stay. For a better understanding and concise, I will explain in e main bullet points, as follows: 1) Cleanness of the room. During the 5 days of my stay, the room was cleaned 1 time! I have called the reception desk several times, talking to the receptionists. And they said the room is cleaned every 2 days. But, our room was only cleaned on 13/08. I have requested at least clean towels, but those never came to our room, as you can see on the attached pictures. The rubbished accumulated in the room, no dishing wash, the toilet paper finished. Simply disgusting! They left a kettle with instantaneous coffee (2 sachets) that, at first, we found it lovely, but they were never replaced (because there was no service).

Quiet, remote, nice pool. Rooms are rather small but functional. Important to clarify rooms vs apartments. Close to Ferragudo, best fishing village with great restaurants!

Never again. Unfriendly and incompetent employees, 2 days ruined due to their incompetence. General attitude towards guests. No. If that gets boring … I don't know. Cold atmosphere and generally a place not to be recommended.

Apartments / houses are great! Very modern, practical and spacious. Area is a bit isolated but very relaxing. Great swimming pool and nice service from staff.

It's all completely new. Great bedrooms. Great baths. We have a balcony and a terrace. The staff is very friendly.

Super place to stay and play golf!

Spotless accommodation, helpful staff, nice pool, lovely gym. Not near to Carvoeiro, you need a car.

In the countryside, a few steps from the villages, towns, beaches and the middle of the golf.
