Loved the apartment hotel. Conveniently, what is and kitchen and washing. The rooms are big. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning is working. Near the street bars. In a word — excellent!

Location good, great service, clean and massive rooms, food ok, staff great accept for the odd one but they really work hard and do long hours so you got to accept the odd off day's. Overall a lovely hotel.

Great accommodation. Clean and modern. Located nicely between the strip and the old town.

Spend a week from 21 May to 28 Hotel Super Tres prope personal simpa speaks frazncais beef well I recommend it has 100 percent Super room very large apartment.

Perfect, 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and Spa with sauna and Hammam. Restaurant, bar, games room, everything is there! Huge room and balcony, bathroom and amenities at the top.
On the other hand the number of deckchairs is little bit weak and many people reserve the deckchairs in the morning…

I do not know why got bad review for this hotel, it’s a very decent nice hotel for 5 stars, it’s not very luxury but it’s very good for what you pay, we 2 adult 2 kids lived in a deluxe apartment! Very spacious room and kitchen, kitchen got everything, the washing machine is a bonus, fridge and big freezer! Hotel very clean staff very friendly! Buffet at night limited choices but we not really mind because we just eat once in the hotel! Free on site parking, free Wi-Fi everywhere and very good signals! Definitely recommended.

Perfect staff very friendly, reception as well as the servers of the restaurant are small care C is very nice, I would keep a very good memory of the Portuguese.

Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel and very large rooms / Apartment with a Kitchen (fully equipped), large sitting room with flatscreen TV, balcony and ample storage for cases, clothes, food, etc. Great facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, etc. 10 mins walk to the strip. Many restaurants minutes walk away. Would definately stay again.

Great hotel we have stayed here for the second time now and we're upgraded to a large apparent with full fitted appliances and large balcony.

Very good large room, spacious, with 2 TVs and also pool, Wi-Fi, indoor pool etc. Bus and car apartment places. It also has a games room (of the 2000-1900 Sega in general) Bar, Spa and a restaurant.

Good hotel + spa with family friendly amenities. About 15 min away from main street shoppings. Food is good, service is regular. Bar with small event's. Good pools inside and outside. Staff responsiveness is good. Room kitchens well fitted out for 1-2 weeks stay, aircons in every room, parking awailable, different outside activity tours can be orgenized from hotel with staff's help. Comment based on 4 nights And 5 days stay with a family of four.

Good service but not impressed with facilities.

Offered an upgrade when we arrived don't know why? 'but it was just so disappointing the rooms are very tired large room fridge oven but no Kettle tea or coffee. We had an all inclusive deal but the bar only opened 12 midday so once you had breakfast then you could not get a cold drink for a 5 star rated Hotel leaves us wondering how they do there star ratings will not go back there recommend you avoid this Hotel.

Lovely Grand hotel lovely room good food and very pleasant staff, would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience at Forte do Vale… service, friendliness, modern clean hotel. Daily maid service. Lovely restaurant and pool. Third long term stay (4 weeks and 6 weeks. ) 5 + star. Will return next year.

Out of the Muthu Hotels I have stayed in this is my least favourite. Staff not very helpful. Not sure it's 5 star.

Dirty surroundings. Not a chance would I rate this hotel at a 5* I've stayed in better 2* accommodation in primitive countries. The beds and towels was never changed once when I stayed here for a week.

Lovely staff and hotel, only thing that reduces the star was a cockroach which was quickly taken care of (all be it with no apology). Apart from that it was great and would really recommend. Great location between the strip and the old town, even got a free room upgrade as it was off season.

Apartment hotel in quiet location, but still handy for the beach, the old town and the new town.

Our second time to stay here. Great location, so clean and really quiet rooms with everything u need to hand, just like at home. Staff are so helpful, so willing to help! … can't wait to come back again next year. We just ❤it.

Nice resort. Very friendly staff, clean, nice large pool. We went early May, before the typical tourist season, so it was nice and empty, too.

Location was good, rooms were good. It costed extra for the safe and to use the indoor pool. The buffet wasn't great.

Just spent 4 days here at this hotel, what ever happens dont go all inclusive, the food was really bad… you have been warned.

Lovely modern and clean hotel with well equipped self catering apartments. Part of the MGM Mutu Group who took over from Petchey Leisure. Well worth a visit.

Just returned from 3night stay. Cannot say anything negative about the hotel. The reception area was bright clean and very modern. Our apartment was amazing with well fitted kitchen, spacious lounge and bedroom. The staff were all helpfull and very polite. I needed to find a 24hour chemist at 12.30am, the night receptionist found one for us ordered a taxi, explained to driver who promptly drove us there. Cant thank him enough. All in all great weekend break will DEFFO go back.
