What they did to us it's absolutely insane they stole us some money and they never gave back to us. Basically they changed our date of wedding from the 1 of July to the 8 of July without telling us and they took another reservation (few weeks before) …
And the chief told us that it's not their problem. Go away from them (same owner that villa Otwock). We are still waiting from them the money back of the reservation that they stole us…

Not a good place to stay at during a business trip for more than one night if you have to. Expensive, less comfortable non isolated bedrooms, service of various qualities but staff is still friendly, loud dining area, the hotel is situated in the middle of a wood and has a parking lot without a single light which makes it vety distant in the dark night, and you need an SUV to get to the place at all.
