Nice place! All is perfect.

Very nice and quiet — rooms are well isolated, so you can have some good sleep. Very good breakfast with good choice of different options. Breakfast is served from 6:30, which is very convinient. Attentive and friendly staff.

I stayed in this hotel last week for one night. The shower floor was sliding at an angle, extremely slippery with no grip at all. I slipped and tried to grab hold of something but there was absolutely nothing to hold on to except a glass wall. I fell and fractured my wrist. I believe many more accidents will occur if the shower area is not improved. It should never have passed the standard of security for any shower.

Good location by tram stop or you can walk 10mins to centrum. Clean rooms, nice staff and great breakfast. Only parking is a bit small, especially the entrance.

Good Hotel, clean and comfortable. The people at The front desk were very nice. A pleasant and advisable stay. Close to the historic centre, where you can go for a nice walk.

This is not a hotel as the site states, it is a regular, average 3 — hotel! Accessories for 4 stars. Empty mini bar, smell of cleaning products in the common hall and at the same time a dirty hood in the bathroom (as well as the lack of available space in the underground parking upset. Sensation — 3 stars.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location & great value for money. Staff were very welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. Super breakfast!

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, the truth is Russian do not know. Parking is constantly busy, but there are a lot of places on the street, free of charge.

Centrally is relative. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the old town. By tram, right in front of the hotel, it goes faster.
Breakfast is plentiful, with the pastries there are deductions in the B-note. One is simply spoiled from d in this. The scrambled eggs were a disgusting aqueous mush. The boiled eggs, unfortunately, cold.
The fitness room also has air upstairs. A couple of cardio machines and that's it.
and press chipboard in wet rooms tends to swell. Looks very ugly very quickly.

Nice, good service and good facilities close to downtown (10/15min walk)

Rooms facing the main road are very noisy at night. Bring your ear plugs (as they don’t have at hotel). Management is not very friendly and service minded. I would recommend you to avoid this place if you can. If you can’t, see if you can have a room on the side that does not face the road (although it’s not much better). Furthermore, heating is not working properly so I had to put two duvets at the same time (and we are only in October)!

Breakfast was really good and delicious.
I was 2 weeks here, in the room in the 1st week was the shower head bracket so loose I thought every day today she falls to me.
In the second week, other room, exactly the same. Just like the dirty silicone joints in the shower.
The room was clean and comfortable.

By any means average. Quite large rooms with proper setup that allow you to rest and clean up yourself. Cleaning service seemed average, after first day shampoo run out in the room and was not refilled. As pros I can say that rooms have nice and clean beds with big flat screen that will allow you to watch news and tv. There is a Wi-Fi for guests. Restaurant offers breakfast but service and choice is a little bit dissapointing. Very good location that will let you reach the old city with a nice walk, shopping center just around the corner. Not bad place stay but could be just a little bit more polished on the details that would. Much improve the experience.

Nice place, good breakfast, comfortable room with a great bed. Fridge extremly loud. U should definitely book online for a better price. Booking on site was round about 30€ plus. Hotel staff with weak english knowledge and as for the waiters in the dining area very inexperienced.

Good city hotel. Just outside, but not too far from the culturally interesting city centre of Wroclaw. Large breakfast buffet with national dishes (smoked fish, dairy products and sour pickled vegetables) as well as sausages, cheeses, cereals and jams in good quality. The bar at the lobby invites you to have a nightcap in the evening.

Modern, well-equipped hotel within walking distance to the market square.
Annoying was the non-functioning internet and the lack of TV reception.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were only 2 service staff, too little to serve the numerous guests.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

We got a Twin-Room on the 6th floor of this nice hotel. Check-in was very warm and friendly an the the room was nice. Air-condition needs some more power. With 35°C outside it was not able to cool the room down enough. Breakfast as buffet was nice an had everything we needed and wanted. Overall Staff was very friendly. We would book it again.

Was quite okay. But with a few defects. TV did not work, bathroom was not very clean. Otherwise okay.

Hotel ist komplett neu (2015), Zimmer sind hübsch, Personal freundlich, Frühstück reichlich.

B. Dobry hotel z mila obsluga. Wysokiej klasy wyposazenie z praktycznym rozwiazaniem — zelazko z deska do prasowania w pokoju. Sam wystroj — nowoczesny, ciekawie urzadzony. Sniadania w postaci bogatego szweckiego bufetu — dla kazdego cos sie znajdzie. W restauracji, w karcie postawiono na jakosc, z pomocnymi informacjami typu 'fit', 'bezmiesne', itd. Jedyny mankament to w porownaniu z iloscia pokojow — ograniczona ilosc miejsc parkingowcyh, nalezy rezerwowac wczesniej. Powinno ich byc znacznie wiecej.
