Expensive for rooms with repairs. There is no air conditioning and it is very hot in the summer. The fan doesn't save.

The room we stayed in was clean and accurate. The stuff was helpful. You can leave you laguage if needed. For a 3* hotel it was good. The only difficulty is the location, it's not in the center or old town, but it's only 7 minutes walk to the tram station and from there takes about 15 minutes to center by tram. :)

Pretty close to the city center, you can get there by tram in 15-20 minutes. The hotel is old, it knew the old days, but the price is not expensive, for couple of days it is absolutely not bad hotel to stay.

One of the best hotels in Wroclaw in terms of price/quality, spacious and clean rooms, mini balconies in the room especially pleased, especially in the spring and summer, of the minuses, of course far from the center, but not far from the tram stop, on the ground floor there A small bar and beauty salon, around a lot of courtyards, and a large sidewalk on which to leave the car. Next to the store is Bedronka. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. In the evening from the top floor a great view of the city.

Very good place for short stay. Room and bathroom very clean so if you are not looking for any fireworks it will work for you. It's about 25 mins drive from the airport (around 60PLN) and 20 mins walk from Wroclaw Grabiszyn train station. Will definitely stay again.

City center. Fifth floor. Single room. There is a full balcony. Tv. The shower is combined with a toilet. Elevators. The parking is not big.

Everything in the prince is fine, but in the room could at least leave a couple of glasses. The water is covered with an iron lid, and opened. There's nothing. And you have to drink from the throat.

The hotel has had its best days long behind it. It is inexpensive and the staff friendly.

Not a pretty bad hotel. On. His own. 3 stars pulls. The room is clean staff speaks either Polish or English (although many Russian-speaking tourists)

A little does not correspond to the price — the quality and so everything is very good.

Average hotel, not really near from the Centrum as they advertise in quite a few websites, but at least well communicated with public transport (Tram station is.

Reasonable price room very large bed too soft.

I'll start with the fact that I was looking for a hotel where I can come with my cat, and that I was looking for quickly came to this disgusting hotel. When booking it was written that pets are welcome, as the rooms are suitable for four-legged friends. On the spot during accommodation I was informed that for the "animal" I have to pay 40 rubles otherwise the lady from the reception will not give me the key to the room. I did not want to pay, as I consider it an open fraud-hiding costs, if I knew that you have to pay I would look for another hotel with a cheaper fee!
On my request to specify the rules of the hotel and the price list, the lady said — I do not have.
In general, the frenzy of service reaches its zenith. Mrs. Magdalena S. Is sitting at the reception desk for punishment. Herds ' claim to space. It is strange that such people find work and someone wants to pay them for such "work".

I will also touch on the issue of the rooms themselves. This is some kind of total mistake such buildings should have been demolished a long time ago.

My warning-if you do not want to acquire some crap, it is probably better to spend the night in the city at a bar with friends.

Good local for ceremonies, very friendly place, and great food preparation.

Avoid. It is looks like Soviet legacy museum, but interesting and working items went to real museum, while broken and ugly stayed at this hotel. It is not maintained and looks so bad. See images attached. I wonder if people that gave 5 rating really stayed in this property.

The hotel staff leaves much to be desired, the lady at the reception begins to accommodate only after 14, no matter that from 13 she sits and looks at the ceiling, so after 14 a giant queue is formed (so it was on Friday) to the question of the hotel guest "why such a queue" the lady from the reception answered to ask people in the queue why they came :D
I travel a lot, but this is the first time I've encountered something like this.

The room was very hot and noisy. Room for 3 stars — stay in the room was not the slightest desire. It`s normal only for overnight stay.

NEVER AGAIN! First room they gave me had wallpaper ripped off the wall, was dirty, floor broken. Complained straight away. Receptionist said the standards are like this because of the prices which was a joke. Showed me 2 rooms one was a little better but I had to pay 120zl extra. I said I'd like refund she said she couldn't give me I told her don't worry I will go to another hotel despite the extra £150 gbp cost. She then showed me 'superior room' which was considerably better but had to pay 125zl extra for this, I paid. Humane standards. Noisy, I don't know what the street outside is made of but when the cars go on it it's so loud and I'm on 7th floor. Wifi is rubbish slow and it cuts out every minute. Only one bar of signal in room NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN! Not even if you paid me.

Great for a short stay in a beautiful city. We had a valentine dinner and disco for 70 whilst staying there. Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent food and beautifully decorated for our celebration.

This place needs a refurbishment and security improvements. Not even a low price justifies the poor quality of this hotel. The windows are drafty, the mattress was the most uncomfortable I ever slept on. The room must have been occupied by a smoker before as it stank of cigarettes. The lights were not working in the hallway and there were dirt marks on the floor, ceiling and walls. It's just not pleasant and does not deserve any stars. On my last day a drunk person was trying to break into my room! The reception staff could not be contacted as the phone in the room did not have a direct line to reception. I screamed for help for a few minutes but noone reacted. The intruder went away and I was able to leave the room! I'll not come back here ever again!

The people who work at the front desk are great professionals.

Very cheap, yet pretty good for it's price. Use bus to get here from railway station.
