We are a family of 4 and stayed for a week. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for 4 but only a small wardrobe for all our clothes.

Close to ski runs. Excellent food. Nice room big enough for a couple with 3 kids. Very kind and flexible service. Very helpful and open.

We only spent 4 days here, but I am very impressed.
Clean room and bathrooms, cleaned every day. Change of towels on request.

Walking distance to all the attractions in Zakopane including Gubałówka and Kropowki.
We stayed in room number 9 with balcony. Great view from the window.

Everything is ok. The best would be localization. Very close to the center but distant enough to not hear nearby cars.

The room, TV is good, but tha bathroom smells is bad and the bed too soft. And the trash is to little.
