This place is magical with a beautiful view of Zakopane and the wide panorama of the Tatra Mountains. Stylishly decorated rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

Very beautiful place to stay with beautiful view. Nice people with great service. Dog are allowed 🐕the weather is changing fast so sunny day can by turn in to rain fast.

Conveniently located, pretty much at the doorway of one of most popular tourist attractions as Dolina Kościeliska valley is, this place is not really a hotel, it's more like training and recreation

I was there some time ago, now I'll come back a second time. Very nice owner, nice surroundings, you can go out to the yard with your child and sit in silence. A very good place for families.

Nice hosts, clean, as I read in other opinions, the bedding is really great from home&you, so I went and bought one. The price is adequate to the conditions.

Staff didn’t give any attention on whats needed example: toilet paper when asked was not provided during 3 days of stay. Rest everything was good.

A great place for a group of friends — location in a quiet place with a nice view. A big plus is the barbecue area — two large stone grills, a gazebo and a two-story house where you can eat.

Great place, excellent location for people looking for rest on the nearby thermal baths, Zakopane is also very close. Nice and helpful owners.

Very good breakfast! Comfortable rooms with modern design just our materace was slightly old. Very well located right next to the Bania and close to the city center. They are dogs friendly.

I loved the kind staff, the beautiful interior and the perfect location next to the skibus. Also, a personal fridge was available with a kettle, beautiful view and spacious rooms with a television.

Positive: Breakfast not included in price, we paid for that as an extra and was perfectly fine for us. It is basic fayre but we enjoyed our breakfast.

Lovely food and great service. We had a 10% off voucher, we were unaware this needed to be shown before the bill was printed. Unfortunately this meant that it couldn’t be amended.

Very nice place close to the Kotelnica ski slopes. They have ski lockers and small kids club. Hotel is comfortable with clean rooms and attentive and kind service.

A unique location, worth recommending to everyone. We used two houses, one larger with a fireplace, the other wooden. Well-equipped, clean, warm, cozy. Everything as described, very nice host.

Maximum satisfaction. The owner is nice and smiling :) the guesthouse is off the main road, so it's quiet and peaceful. Clean, fragrant rooms. Groceries, restaurants, confectionery nearby.

It is located close to the Kotelnica slope, there is a large parking lot. The kitchen and dining room are publicly accessible on the ground floor.
