Very nice hotel — The big complaint is Breakfast is at 8am and is very slow sit down service affair — Zakopane is all about the outdoors and you want to get going early.

We would absolutely book here again. The building and its restaurants are beautiful and the parking situation is convenient.

I can say that we have experienced a real warm welcome. Such helpful and kind members. We enjoyedevery mkment of our stay.

This is a really nice place to stay in when you go for a holiday or vacation in zakopan area.

We only spent 4 days here, but I am very impressed.
Clean room and bathrooms, cleaned every day. Change of towels on request.
Breakfasts are varied and tasty.

I stayed here pre COVID and loved the rooms, staff, and food. I appreciated the service being prompt and detailed. I highly recommend and would enjoy staying here again!

I was with my daughter in the winter of January 26, the place was great, the rooms and bathroom were warm. Always warm water for washing. Very warm throughout the facility.

We had a wonderful stay at Willa na Kozińcu. The place is very cozy, exceptionally clean, and has a warm family atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

We had a wonderful mushroom soup and a delicious trout fillet. Service was excellent.

One of the best Hotel in Zakopane. It's quite near to Zakopane Market and other attractions. Hotel provides complimentary breakfast and most importantly one hour of free Spa/Jacuzzi/Sauna.

Amazing hotel. Staff were fantastic, my wife and I came here for our first wedding anniversary, they were kind enough to prepare a bottle of wine and box of chocolates in our room on arrival.

A very good place to spend the holidays in Zakopane. The place is very nice with a huge garden. 👌🏽 Recommended.

Great place for a family.
Facilities are well taken care of, clean and new, spacious room. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor play space for kids, delicious breakfast.

Kaplowa Chata is an absolute gem in Zakopane. Great location, cozy and atmospheric interior, and a truly authentic highlander vibe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kaplowa Chata. This modern, clean, and comfortable property feels more like a boutique hotel than just an apartment house.

We stayed from Wednesday till Sunday. Throughout the whole stay the hotel was nice and clean.

Very nice — clean and good furniture. It is near to the river just the river one in front of the property but need to go behind the opposite hotel. Some staff are really friendly and all know English.

Our stay at Hotel Malinowy Potok was incredible. This was our first visit, and we will definitely look to come back in the future.

We stayed here for one night. The location is great, there are many shops and restaurants close to it. The view from the balcony was lovely!

Hotel is located in very good area, middle of Białka, services are very good, rooms can be bigger. For 4 people family was a litle be small — we had apartment.

Overall this is a very cool place with lots of activities for the whole family. The included breakfast was plentiful and lots of options — the ham on the bone and mountain cheese selection was divine.

Great place to soak in thermal pools. Try a variety of saunas, cold dipping and fun for all kids. The food in the restaurant can be improved but the atmosphere is good.

Excellent modern hotel keeping traditional style, though officially 3 star it's definitely 4 star quality.

We had lunch here on 31st of December 2021. The food was tasteful, the advice of the waitress was good. Nice design! Overall a good experience!

A Wonderful Stay at the Hotel.

We had a wonderful weekend here! Everything was perfect. The hotel is bsautiful! The rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. The food is very delicious.

Perfect location, great restaurant. The beds were comfortable, and the use of the spa was a plus. We appreciated the on-site parking, although there was a small fee.

The only thing — plugs behind the pillows were a bit funny as light would get turned on by accident, but was easy fix by taking the room key out of switch for thr night.

The property is beautiful and feels like a home from home with views of the slopes. The towels and bedding smell lovely and it was a perfect size for us with our 2 children.

On Booking it says check-in is until 23:00, but actually it was until 22:00.

The apartment met our expectations, furnished in a modern and comfortable manner, with a kitchenette equipped with everything needed for a several-day stay.

I’m an American solo male traveler, and found this place online because the price was very fair and the units looked higher end. Both of these came true.

The stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also really liked the beautiful view from the window.

Stayed there in Jan'24 with our friends including 2 teenagers. Very good choice of salads, fruits and other food for breakfast.
