Rooms are a bit dirty, breakfast food is bland and hotel restaurant offers very little choice. The hotel offers free use of pool and sauna which is nice. Hotel prices are very affordable.

Hotel is okay, Wi-Fi isn't great. Very spotty connection.

Was very cheap to book. The staff were so lovely and friendly, I felt so welcomed as soon as arriving. The room was big and spacious. The bathroom was massive! Lovely shower. Clean towels everyday! Room and bed cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great also! Great value for money. I will definitely be returning as I didn't get chance to use the pool facilities thank you for a lovely stay WM system hotel. X.

Good location but very noisy in the evening to sleep these the real galere! to eat waiting for 45 min for a salad for in the end 2 hair in the pool water and frozen strong point breakfast choice multiple.

Paid parking, and there was no place on it-the manager advised to park where to find a place in the yard-at the fence…

Great hotel, clean rooms and delicious food The breakfast is reasonable, has plenty of choice for everyone! I had my evening beef with mashed potatoes (was homemade! ) and Herb ordered and it was fantastic! That for only 25 sloty (6, €25) with us you would definitely pay more in a restaurant. Staff is nice can really only recommend.

In itself a nice modern hotel with nice rooms. It even has a small pool and a sauna, which is not a matter of course for a 3 star hotel. However, cleanliness is left to be desired for example, we have spotted stains on the bedding and the toilets have been forgotten to clean. Sad but true.

Room in the years come and cleanliness leaves to be desired. Breakfast with a selection that is ridiculous. Buns hard as if from the week before.

Professional and nice hotel Staff. Polecam, dobry dojazd do rynku I miasteczka uniwersyteckiego… I am recommending special for foreginers, cause its cost a bit, but really good quality in nice price. Especially You should go for a wellness zone, gym and pool not so big but great after for example visiting at Zamek Wawelski or Old Town. In Cracovia I am recommending going another places and its a great to lost in the center near Sukiennice Area, GREAT CITY ;), but not the Best in Poland in my opinion, because I Don t like The Great City with a lot of people, I prefer small Villages, So from this hotel is So nice to go for or TATRZAŃSKI PARK NARODOWY. Generally all poland is great :) ) )

The hotel is quite good. The services are OK and the breakfast choice are enough (it's more continental than other). The main disadvantage is the position. Pedestrian have to cross an high speed way in order to reach it. However there are public bus to reach it.

My friend and I were very impressed with the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant served delicious meals, beautifully displayed buffet. The staff were always helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

If you want to have a good time do not go here, it smells really bad, police is constantly here and they are harassing the guests.

Very terrible place, police is comming all the time and you cant sleep, no peace at all.

Good situation. Friendly staf. Good food, pool, atmosphire. Sauna is not made for fins. No löyly? In restaurant brandy is served with wrong type of classes. Good value for money!

The rooms and furniture were all right. (large and spacious). They were not very clean and there was a strange smell (not the smell of a clean room, where cleaning products had been used). Not very pleased all in all. Unfortunately, for two couples from our group the experince got worse on the last day, before check out, after breakfast when they discovered they got robbed. All the money was stolen (euros, zlots and rons) from their wallets from the rooms while they were having breakfast. NOT a pleasant experience, NOT a pleasant memory about Poland!

Thank you for a pleasant stay. The staff and cleaning personal made it a nice stay and the free extra facilities, such as swimmingpool and small workout, restaurant with bar, gave an all over satisfaction of ones need. -they even had _a smokers room_! Very nice rooms, comfortables beds, but the madresses were not for people with slight or bad backs. They should be replaced by better. The Wi-Fi was just above acceptable, though it sometimes in short periods impossible to reach. Overall an excellent inexpensive hotel for who wants to visit the City of Krakow on a short budget, with friendly staff and great location. No night noise or trains nor planes, nice and silent. The location was great, bus 169 goes directly into or near inner city of Krakow, where one can use line 8 directly to various tourist attractions. The bus 169 gets you to inner Krakow, where there countless of other lines to get you around. The cab fair from hotel to inner city is about 20-30 zloty or like tourist info says, around 5-10 euros :P Excellent city excellent hotels excellent prices and friendly _non English speaking_ population XD Unless you are used to walking long strolls, rent a bike or car or take a cab. Auschwitz-Birkenau speaks for it self. You have to visit it yourself to understand. It has to be seen before really understood. Thank you for a great stay and tolerance.

Not many good words from this hotel, we dont recommend this hotel. the room was dirty, very loudy place, bad service. only good thing was that you could park your car in front of hotel.
