Hotel and rooms were clean. We had a noisy room to a very frequent street but with closed window it was really OK. The receptionist was keen to help us on all possible ways of travel to the city centre, helping where to park the car and how to get to city centre with a bus. Breakfast was delicious. One really negative point was the bed which made the stay a bit uncomfortable — cheap soft mattress which is not really acceptable for a 4star hotel.

Close to the city center, quite big parking, clean room. It is a very good option for visiting Cracow.

The Hotel is located near to the motorway and connects one with the polish infrastructure, which over the years developed really nice. The hotel itself provides parking lots, so that guests travelling by car donf need to worry. Parking at the hotel is for free.
The hotel is about 3 to 4km to the city center and can be reached by public transportation or by a walk (40 min. ). Sadly, the hotel doesn't provide bicycle which would be nice for rent.
Rooms are big enough, do have a closed, enough shelves and space to store the laguage. The bed is big and quite comfortable. The rooms have their TV, towels, hair dryer, a couch, night lamps, AC etc. The bathrooms are nice and clean and the designs of the rooms are interesting too
The employees working here are also nice and helpful. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am. On Saturday and Sunday until 11am in the own restaurant. So far the design and ambience there is also quite nice.
Else the hotel also offer a gym, sauna, massages.

Rude staff. Do not stay here if you do not eat meat/have food intolerances. Waiter decided to humiliate those sitting at my table in front of everyone. All the rooms are totally different, ranging from hostel type rooms to 5* rooms with a jacuzzi. Seems to be a random pick as to which one you get.

Little small room, but very nice. Breakfast was full and tasty. I had luttle problem with bar. When you want order something, you was wating sometimes 10 minutes to comming some person.

Beds were uncomfortable but were satisfactory, Breakfast was really dissapointing as all of the hot food was cold and the cold food was warm. The hotel isn't in town but taxis are cheap. There isn't a safe either but it's a nice hotel. If I visit Krakow again I'll stay closer to the city centre.

Too small room. I poked myself up in a room. But breakfast was good.

Generaly everything was extra. One small disadvantage very low quality of Wi-Fi connection.

Friendly pleasant and clean good access to krakow noisy if you are on the road at the front.

A bit far from city center. A cab will cost around 30 szloty. But great hotel, very modern. Shower head was a bit of a problem though.

Very good cuisine, both dining and breakfast, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Location good for business however the access to the Old Town with many clubs is also convenient, it takes 5min by taxi in the evening. I've visited twice and I will certainly come back.

Clean, modern hotel with a high level of service. 10 minutes away is a great water Park. In 2 minutes walk from a big store with a Ladybird in which the Krakow sausage sold at 1.5-1.8 PLN per loaf (never understood the pricing every day the price has changed in these aisles). In the hotel all the staff, good Breakfast with a convenient time — from 8 am to 11 am. Opposite the hotel, a little to the left, a great Chinese restaurant! All the same we used to tanavlivaetsya in the centre or within walking distance, but I had to take a taxi.

My boyfriend and I reserve a double, very spacious, comfortable and clean room. In addition, in the bathroom had a great jacuzzi! In terms of location, it is well to be quiet since it is not in the old town, but there is a bus that drops you off in 10 min at Galleria Krakowska, a shopping mall in the heart of the city! It has been a great journey to Krakow, and in part we owe it to the treatment received by the staff at Hotel Apis that we welcomed very well and were very kind to indicating the most emblematic and tourist places to visit in Krakow and in the surroundings (could, salt mines. ). Kids reception and cafeteria were very nice people and we understand ourselves well in English. Your website photos do not lie.
