The hotel is terrible the rooms not patecen of 4 stars or 3, the sheets are not as of the bed, and in my case I found some socks that were not mine and toilet paper used in the trash.

Nice hotel in city suburbs, easy accesible. Airport just 20 minutes away, but still close to the city center. Bus stop near as well as tram station. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Nice staff in reception. Good parking right in front of the hotel.

Stayed here when we went to Auchwitz/Birkenau rooms where small but enough for what we needed it for no English food served here but what was there I didn't rate much but each to their own I suppose bed a comfy and we didn't have time to use the swimming pool/saunas…

Hotel was very clean and pleasant staff were lovely friendly people and the breakfast was good food. Only fault was no English channels on tv. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel located outside the centre of Krakow. It does not have a hall equipped for guest entertainment. Half-Hall is closed, the other half is occupied by tables for catering use. Staff sometimes friendly and sometimes rude. The food is discreet. The breakfast mainly privileges English breakfast. The floor of some rooms has holes under the carpet. Clean The most hateful thing that happened to us (to our students) was a claim for damages totally unjust and unfounded on objects (the door and a cabinet) (see photo) ruined by obvious state of wear. Despite not having any proof about it they unfairly seized us at the hotel preventing you from leaving (they blocked our bus) if we had not indulged their foolish claims.
On the other hand, since there are cameras in the hallways because they have not accompanied the request compensation to images? Answer: "Maybe because our guys haven't broken their room door, but they wear it as we've explained several times! "
Ultimately it was a bad experience that I strongly recommend.

Good hotel. Approx 20minuted by car from Kraków city centre. Bus to/from city centre very convenient.

I was here on business and this review is about the Best Western Premier, the review request came from the Express. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel let’s them down. I had a queen room (stop it, be nice), it was two single beads pushed together. The first had a hollow in it and the second was like a ploughed field. The shower was so bad I asked for it to be fixed and that really improved things (not). Oh and the toilet reminded me of the Hotel California, anything you put in it would never leave, or it would revisit over night (a mascerator I think). On the plus side they are renovating. Defiantly a four star in the lobby and restaurant but only a… in my room. Would I stay again? Yes, because there working on it and everybody needs a second chance and the staff are delightful.

More like a 3 star hotel, the best western premier is 4 star next to it, so I don't know why this is 4 star. It's like 2.5-3 star material, and disappoints a bit. Got a few dirty sheets etc, but over all it's fine.

Organisation in service very weak.

This 4 star hotel was disappointing. First the bed is a double! Barely big enough for 2 people, not like a Queen size you find in a "normal" 4Star hotel. Restaurant was not seating anyone because the hotel was too busy. The bar was very slow service with only 2 customers! Reception staff was courteous. I would not recommend this hotel to those visiting Krakow.

The hotel is good for the money, there is a pool and sauna in the nearby hotels, walk one minute. Good breakfast, but could be better. Did not like a lot of people. So who likes to sit quietly in a restaurant, it will not work. And the room is quiet and nice. Clean! This is very important.

The best accommodation, near to old town by bus, excellent swimming pool and breakfast! Our room Superior suite was very big and our family enjoy this trip very much!

Great 2 nights stay with family. Room is functional, accommodate basic needs. Hotel personal were friendly throughout our stay. Good food selection at breakfast, plenty of hot — and cold foods are available. Parking is free for hotel guests. Recommended for a shorter stay.

Small size room, small bed. Best Western next to it may be 4star hotel with more amenities. This is budget hotel.

Had to change 3 rooms before finally settling down as the housekeeping was. Not done in one then in the other the telephone and aircondition was not working. Finally we were going up and down collecting. New key cards before finally settling in room 334… even here the aircondition is. Not up to the mark… but we are too tired to complain now! Dont know how is this 4 stars!

Its was very nice. Everything was clean and the staff was kind. You do have to hang around downstairs if you want clear Wi-Fi though.

A nice casual place to stay in budget rate.

Beautiful hotel, I recommend it to all tourists: varied breakfast, comfortable rooms, amenities such as the pool and sauna for relaxing and it is also close to a bus stop on the main street! all at an advantageous price especially with the change from euro to zloty.

We were just passing by for the start of a hike, cute.

Mediocre food, overall low quality. Not from the idea of care and cleanliness. Dusty blankets, furniture with locusts, floors with holes under the Moquet.

Good hotel. Easy but boring.

One of the best place to stay, eat spend time with friends and family. Service is Awesome sure for next time as well I want to visit this place. Am from India, I stayed there for 30 days… I love this place.

Very good ratio price/quality.

Good budget hotel. No fancy stuff. The parking is overpriced. Out of town so not recommended if you do not drive.
