I recommend avoiding this hotel. We put in a room with old furniture, on the wallpaper stains. There's no air conditioning at all. A small window. On the floor carpet in spots. The impression is bad. There is no drinking water in the rooms. There's no hairdryer. The front desk staff don't speak English well.

Great place to stay for a few days. Staff is so friendly, rooms are on good quality like on 3star hotel. I expected worse and I was surprised. Friendly for kids. Great for disabled. Restaurant is good. Price for stay isn't bad. Can recommend for other who's looking for a cheap and great time in Cracow.

Basic hotel with just the essentials. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant was only ok to be honest. Room was nice and simple and close enough whole and a mall across the road.

Great Hotel for one night and to catch the plane. 10 min from the Centre 15 min from the airport.

The hotel is in good transport accessibility, the rooms are cozy. It is necessary to replace the tube televisions, put mini-holilniei and improve the performance of Wi-Fi.

It's a average place to stay. It's very far from the city centre. You will have to take cab for it. Rooms are very small. No drinking water.

Clean and quiet. Just a few meters to a big shopping mall.
Bus stop and petrol station directly in front of the house, so you can easily take the bus to the centre.

Google maps navigates to the wrong place. Paid parking, without any other parking possibility. Besides that hotel is fine.

From a 3 star you expect more, dilapidated bed, very small bathroom, only one towels for everything…

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked through booking as a family with a child, 2 adults and a child, indicated the age of the child-9 years. As a result, the room has two narrow single beds. How to sleep three-it is not clear, an extra cot do not give. They say it was necessary to read that two single beds. Very nice, why is this offer for three people? 9 years is no longer a baby who will fit on the bed with his mother. It was necessary to deal with rearrangement of furniture, to pull cabinets, to shift two beds that at least somehow to sleep. The room is very small, the window is small, the parking is paid, 25 PLN per day.

No so good hotel, small rooms. Bad smell from wc. View to a gas stasion… But it has very nice restaurant!

I had to stay in this place two months because my employer didn’t want to change to some other hotel. I had different room every week and this is what I noticed. Dirty rooms, water smells and is yellow/brawn sometimes (dirty). Some rooms are cold. Most hotels have parking place included in room price but not this one, you must pay extra for parking. TV turns on by itself in every room that I have been to.

Breakfast room also run down: dirty curtains and walls.
After complaint exactly the same filthy room get with the same defects!
Clear warning from this hotel. Possibly. Suitable for young people on Bender, who don't care, otherwise: Keep your hands off!

I have been 4 days in Krakow the hotel is not the best, however clean and friendly staff. Bring the hair dryer. The center is easy to reach by public transport but also with taxis not and that you spend a lot.

The photos proposed on the site do not correspond to the reality. Comfort, cleanliness, limit. Restaurant Service OK but no more.

The hotel does not deserve the three stars, the rooms are small and the bathrooms even more, do not have hair dryer, do not make the beds and the carpet is very dirty.
Breakfast is six euros per person and has no variety. It is located in the rest area of a petrol station next to a highway, the hotel parking is about 6 euros all day.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good, especially the traditional dishes. The hotel is 5K from old town and there is a bus stop nearby. The room was clean except for the carpet. The bed was hard and no A/C in the room. There were some plumbing issues when I first arrived. The hotel is near a busy street so it's noisy with the window open. The price was very good for an average place to stay.

The rooms are small, not very clean, they don't even give the usual bathroom gadgets (there is only the soap dispenser), the cons breakfast is plentiful and of good quality, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful, it is located in full commercial area 20 minutes by bus from the city centre (bus 173).

I just arrived from Krakow (12-09-2016) This hotel is 10 km from the city centre in the heart of the industrial estate, poorly communicated without public transport, 7 Euro Taxi, is a modern hotel but very simple, the three star comes very fair, but to spend a night or two as maximum in economic plan is not bad. The standard breakfast. Acceptable, the restaurant, reception, and bar all. In the same space.

Hotel suitable for those who travel by car and want to stay at low price.
The room was very clean

There is NO air condition! Its very warm and extremely humid in Krakow this time of year. So it was awful going back after a tiring day to a hot bed. The hotel is located on a busy highway with a gas station right in front of the hotel entrance about 5k from Krakow city center. Not even two Benadryl pills can numb out the music of the cars roaring by accompanied by the occasional cranking of tires being changed right under our window at the gas station. So far I have spoken to 3 members of staff, and although all seemed very friendly and ready to help, only one understand very basic English. Obviously you get what you pay for, but this hotel is definitely not a 3 star as rated by most sites (hotwire, expedia). This hotel is barely a 2 star. Its the first time that we have booked through hotwire and got such a raw deal. Only reason to stay is if you are passing by and you want a cheap place to stay for one night. Not worth more than that.

Poorly connected with the city and the airport. It is part of a gas station rest area. And the quality of the hotel is more than two stars to three, as says on its page. It is a highway hotel. A disappointment.

It´s only 2 stars hotel, not 3. Rooms are very small with three separete beds and is impossible open a window. When we asked for another room, receptionist had a big problem with that and we didn´t get another one. At breakfaksts nobody cleaned the tables, so we hadn´t any clean table where to have a breakfast. In front of the hotel is gas station and noisy road. Never more Quality System.
