Nice place worthy of coming back there. Close to the airport. Very good kitchen and professional service. Clean, comfortable, modern and well equipped rooms.

Excellent modern hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast, accepts small dogs. Great location. A lot shops in the neighborhood.

First impression was positive, nice building, all brand news, good forniture and so on. The girls that woriking at the reception are very fast and very kind. The room are really nice compared to other Hotel in Krakow (also 4 star) everythings is new … still smelling as new :) I advice this Hotel price and quality top.

This is a new hotel and is about 20mins by bus to the city centre. Room is big and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I lost my luggage in the airport and the staff are helpful and showed me the nearby to get all my clothes and daily items. Oh, they lent me a charger so I can use my cell phone and keep in touch with my family. Well done.

Excellent staff and service, location is the only bad side, but not far from the city if you take (feequent and punctual) city transportation.

Standard three star hotel suitable mainly for short stays when on business. Breakfasts are very good with variety of fresh fruit and vegetable. Rooms are simple and clean. There was no issue during our stay at all.

Great place, nice enough rooms that have smart TVs, comfortable beds, affordable, I would recommend it. Not to far from town centre, bus stop is really close and really cheap, as well as taxis. Also there's KFC just across the street from it, not even 20 meters, there's big grocery store not far from it. 20/20 would come again.

Clean and tidy new hotel with all the facilities you would expect. Is a bus journey of about 30mins from the city centre and 1 hour drive to Auschwitz.

Amazing hotel, lovely helpful staff who all spoke english, located in a very good busy area, rooms were modern with big tvs, a safe, lovely shower etc. There was free Wi-Fi which was very good speed. No english TV but you're in Poland so can't complain. Good chill out area downstairs, food menu was lovely for a picky vegetarian there was lots of choice. Lovely cocktails (and mocktails) and all food and drink was very, very cheap. Staff were great and helpful… Breakfast was plentiful and average. House keeping was efficient. There was a lidl supermarket, KFC and petrol station within 3 minuets walking distance. Also a shopping centre with 6-7 minuets walking distance. A great experience. Would recommend and would definitely come back again.

My favourite hotel I stayed in during my trip to Poland! The staff was very friendly and especially Agneszka! She offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience of not having a TV and a proper A/C system in our room. Breakfast buffet is well organised with many options:) Will definitely come back here again!

Currently staying here, halfway through a week's stay. It's a basic hotel, but it does everything really well. The staff are really helpful and the rooms are beautiful and clean. The food is decently priced, usually 20-25PLN per dish and a 10PLN charge for room service. It's the kind of place I'd come back to.

Nice modern rooms with touch of art details. Free Wi-Fi, free bottled water coffee and tea on the room. Clean, quiet. Close to the highway. The 15 minutes drive to the city center and shopping malls. Restautan open until 22:00. Nice small bar. You really get a lot for the money. Very nice personnel. Good food. Comfortable beds.

Beautifully furnished, new and modern hotel. Friendly service, clean rooms. Room slightly small but adequate. Huge TV with German programs, free Wi-Fi. Good breakfast with hot and cold dishes. Only the music was too loud. Free parking at the hotel. Many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. 5 km to the Centre, bus stop 200 m. Pizzeria approx. 300m, KFC 50m.
