Clean pleasant hotel. Food was lovely. Not much to do outside of hotel.

Room spacious and has facilities suited to hoteliers.

Stayed 3 nights here for a long weekend. Perfectly acceptable for the price point. It’s outside the centre but an Uber into main square is about 17zln (£3.50) The swimming pool is a nice bonus and decent, the buffet breakfast is good and included in the price. I’m not sure if this is unique to the weekend we chose to stay or a regular occurrence but each night a new set of passing tour buses stayed and the each group brought their own level of rudeness and selfishness. Filling empty bottles with juice and taking all the bread, hams and cheeses to make sandwiches for travel. Quite the groups of vultures. If I were management of the hotel I would look to place more controls around this as it detracts from regular tourists experience. Overall good experience and I would stay here again when I return to Krakow.

Easy to find but away from main section of town. Nice free pool but a funny buzzer system to get in. Also sauna etc. Lovely breakfast included but for get the one working coffee machine. They have 3 but only one for breakfast and it can't keep up. Is a jug of filtered coffee if you search it out. Breakfast badly arranged needs to be in the centre not around the wall. Plenty of parking if you pay. Nice lobby. Restaurant was also reasonable in price and variety. Lifts worked generally well but stairs were often quicker. Did have luggage carts to take your gear from lobby to room via lift.

It has a pool and the rooms seem nice. They don't have mini fridge or closed wardrobe in normal twin rooms.

Very comfortable four-star hotel with TV, small fridge, windows to open, XBOX for kids on the first floor lobby, Carrefour supermarket not far away.

Excellent hotel, spacious and clean rooms, restaurant with typical cuisine. Swimming pool open until evening. I'll be back.

Very nice rooms and great service. We came as a large group and they were completely prepared for us. Breakfast was great and we had a lovely staying.

Here for work, very good hotel. Nothing to complain about, staff very nice and rooms were really nice.

Good food and service. Average size rooms. I particulary did not like it's location, quite far from the city centre.

Not bad but slight shortcomings.

Super boring płace with nineties style rooms. Big block building, boring surrounding and boring food in the restaurant. All for not really low price… Only benefit is that there is swimming pool in the hotel, but then you can smell chlorine from the water it on every floor.

Certainly this is not the best best Western I could do but for a reasonable price it allowed me to discover Krakow. Small downside, the hotel is very eccentric and so to go to the city center you have to plan a time of transport…

Very modern accommodation. Friendly and professional personal. Good organization of our conference. Good price quality relation.

Restaurant was closed without informing before the bar was closed they have sent me to the petrol station to get some snacks and drinks.

It was my pleasure to be here. Room was clear, comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped, and with a comfortable bathtub. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel has good facilities, swimming pool was excellent. Transportation was excellent as well.

Location is beautiful and it's easy to reach the center of the town. Room are comfortable and the service is good.

Nice place to stay clean. Pleasant staff comfortable beds. Just a bit out of the town is the only downside. But uber good and cheap so not a problem.

My school had prom there. The only good thing was a very large room, so we could fit 500 people in. But the food? It was a joke. Not olny it was not what we decided few months earlier we wanted, but also it was not well cooked. For example, they have gave us a "grilled" (pink inside) chicken with ketchup on it. Oh, and one of out teachers got served a latte in a beer cup. Also, I've found a hair in my meal.

Very disappointing. Pool was closed. Wi-fi totally useless. Bar and restaurant staff were as miserable as sin. Especially on Saturday night. There was a function on and 'normal' guests were pretty much blanked when trying to order food and drinks. Very rude. Breakfast was cold, bread as dry as old Nick. It is saying something that we went to neighbouring 'budget' version of same hotel and were served good food by friendly smiley staff. Nice and welcoming in bar too. Definitely booked the wrong hotel!

The hotel room was clean, the food was good.

Nice, very clean and comfortable, staff were polite but cold depersonalized. While the breakfasts really great for variety and goodness, the main meals are acceptable average.

During our breakfast water dripped straight to our plates! This does not happened ever in my life. In 4 star hotel radiator in the rooms where leaking because as they explained to as they where changing water in, shower not working, no sound proof as advertise you could hear absolutely everything. This hotel it was a disaster.

I had the tagliatelli and it was amazing. Only bad point is that the restaurant has zero atmosphere, it looks like a conference hall.
