Wawel Apartments - Jewish District Apartment

Great location, cozy. Had some problems with heating but help desk (working from 8a. M. Till midnight) helped resolve them.

Great location for tourists. Clean, spacious apartment with everything you need for a life with a chic view.

We were comfortable. Large apartments. Everything you need is there, even if you decide to dine at home. Clean, very warm. The perfect linen and towels. Price-quality is about vavel-apartaments. The next time you chose would again did not hesitate.

Cheap and comfortable. Wonderful view.

Very clean appartments we were in apartment 19 at the rear of the building. Strange set up of rooms, entering into the kitchen walking through a bedroom into the lounge with a bed in it. (Not an ideal set up for us). A trip to the bathroom meant walking through someones bedroom waking them up. The bathroom was off the kitchen. The apartment is in a great location close to the old town and Jewish quarters. Everything looked new in the apartment and the staff were very helpful. We would return again to this apartment as a couple but due to the room configuration not as a party of 3. The apartment can accommodate 5 which would be a squeeze but for a couple of a family with small children the apartment is ideal.

Staff is rude, bathroom smelled of sewage. Have written confirmation check in time was 14:00 but once arriving told it's 15:00. When credit card transaction for hotel was put through got overcharged cause the clerk put through I want to pay in Canadian rather then PLN which cost me 4$ more cause of the conversion fee there machine uses. Stay away from the place. The bottom apartment needs a De-humidifier and smells of sewage. Did not want to complain to the staff as they were rude for. The moment we checked in. Took photos of entire apartment before we left as to be sure they wouldn't try to charge us for something we didn't do.

We used the apartment for 4 days in the period of new year's Eve 2017, with temperatures from 0 to — 10. The apartment is fairly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge etc, The size is right for 3 people. We suffered from the cold because the room was poorly heated and we were not able in any way to raise the temperature. Worth that it costs.

That was ok. CONS: -When we arrived tried to sell us guided tours for the salt mine and Auschwitz saying that everything was sold except friday morning. When we called back the story changed. When we finally called directly to the salt mine and Auschwitz we realised that they were just saying bullshit. -We were 4 and couldn't have hot water for more than 15min showering in total (which is 4 showers of 3-4 min each) — part of the dish was dirty when we arrived — the walls of the apartment are not soundproof at all and a plumber came to make very loudy reparation in an apartment on Thursday morning -the pillows are uncomfortable. PROS: the apartment looks good, is well furnished, well decorated, well situated, the free Wi-Fi works well and the beds are comfortable.

For money paid it was bad place to stay. We have found cakroches, no fan or aircon in the room, Blocked shower sewage. Bed sheet were clean and the beds conftable. It looked clean when we came in. Dissadvantage was no possibiliy to pay by card as we have arrived after 5pm. We had to pay all by cash straight away. Unpleasant smeel from the shower.
