Nice Hotel, not the biggest rooms but good service and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff are superb, friendly and efficient. Location is perfect for the old town square which is a five to ten minute walk.

Great hotel, walking distance to main attractions.
I forgot an important document in the room when checked out, they kindly sent it to my new location, north of Poland. Thanks!

Lovely clean modern hotel. Reataurant staff were lovely and so were the bar staff but reception weren't particularly friendly.

Hotel Indigo was a very good place to stay staff were great and really helpful, the room was excellent. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Paid slightly extra for this one over the alternatives but glad we did. From the moment we walked in the door the whole experience was faultless. Polite and friendly staff, a beautiful new hotel from an extensively refurbished period building and very well equipped rooms. The location is ideal for visiting the old town, just 5 minutes away and in a nice quiet location. We didn't eat so cannot comment on that side of the hotel but the bar is well stocked and the bar staff very friendly and helpful. Try it, you will thank me later!

Really lovely hotel. Very friendly staff who care about your stay being enjoyable. Spacious ensuite rooms. They provide a free mobile phone for the duration of your stay. Restaurant, cosy reading room and relaxed lounge/reception. Within 5 minute walking distance of the very busy Square but far enough out for there to be no noise disturbance. I would definitely stay there again.

Just had 3 fantastic nights here as our other hotel called when we were traveling to say they had over booked and moved us to the indigo. What a stroke of luck staff are amazing, hotel is spotless and quiet. Short walk to the Galeria and the square would recommend this hotel, brilliant, Phill.

Very good hotel close to the old town and to the main station!
I enjoyed the interesting design especially in the rooms, interior is very modern. Breakfast was also quite good, it would be even better if the service personnel is more active. They are very friendly and helpful, but in the first moment, it wasn't clear to me, if this is self-service or if I have to order as nobody came and explained.
All in all, I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Hotel with lots of character, lovely room on 4th floor. Staff very helpful and always smiling. Excellent food at both breakfast and Dinner. Casper who worked on the bar gave very good service and makes good cocktails A good all round stay in Krakow.

Nice modern hotel going for that boutique look. Breakfast was nice with a good buffet spread as well as cooked. Option of trout.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's owners who made a real jewell and brought the glamour back to the very old building. They have done an amazing job from top to bottom. No detail has been overlooked. It is a testament to the fact that you can have a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location and still set yourself miles apart with an amazing staff and wonderful service. Form the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face (seriously genuine, not forced and fake one) and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Grzegorz from reception and Kasia from restaurant for exceptional and exquisite customer service and friendliness. The rooms are comfortable and incredibly well designed, specially bathrooms. About the king sized bed I could easily write a poem, nice touch is Nespresso machine and selection of teas and coffees. Hotel is well located about 5 min walk for main square. Breakfast was lovely, dinner was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel as it's worth every penny and we will be visiting again as soon as possible.

Top hotel with good access to the train station and the market.

Amazing hotel in the northern part of the Stare Miastro. Modern and very nice. The price is the worst thing that has.

I have been very positively surprised with the room amenities. It was very comfy, bedroom very clean. I stayed there one night only but I'm going back for two more nights soon.

What a hotel! It's obviously very new on the inside, but still retains amazing character. The rooms are clean and incredibly luxurious, and the beds comfortable. Oh, and massive. As was the breakfast — I ate way too much, but I just couldn't help myself. The hotel is perfectly located for the short walk to the centre of the city, so it was easy to pop out for dinner in the evening. Perfect for a business stay — this definitely goes on the favourites list.

Fantastic hotel in the old town. Amazing update of an old building. Small but very well decorated and appointed rooms, including walk in shower and underfloor bathroom heating. Beautiful design of internals and very courteous staff. WILL be returning.

Amazing experience! The elegant ceiling to floor drapes, quirky brass chandelier with highlights picked up by the brass table lamp; wonderful herbal bath products and heated bathroom floor; comfortable bed and linens; Reception staff and restaurant staff so welcoming and accommodating to every need; U bar was amazing and one of the highlights of this stay. The bartenders willing to share their stories and special drinks made time spent at the U bar seem to fly. The hotel being located so close to many cultural sites and a shopping gallery all located within. 2 kilometers from the front door made the visit that much better! The oldest farmers and craft market is right outside the side entrance; 700 years and still going strong! Absolutely recommend the Indigo Hotel, restaurant and U bar! A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff for their nice gift!
