Small hotel in an old building classified as 5* but much closer to 4*.
The room was quite small (approx 12-14m2) with a bathroom inside.
Breakfast offering was not huge but quality was ok.

This hotel has very convenient location — just two minutes walking distance from the old Krakow centre. We had three separate rooms, all of them decorated in lovely vintage interiors. Rooms were always super clean. The hotel has a very good restaurant and library/bar area. Staff were always very helpful and polite.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Try to booked a tour and they said they would do it. They cancelled, posponed it, then cancelled it again on the same day. A shame because it was our last two days in krakow. Very good place, but wouldn't count on them for planning a tour.

Sumptuous, comfortable, clean, friendly staff and excellent food. A very relaxing few days. But like most hotels you may want to turn the thermostat down to the minimum at bed time.
