Emaus Apartments Apartment

Stayed here for 3 nights. Apartment was fully equipped and clean. Our room was on the top floor which is up many flights of stairs so it was a bit of an inconvenience when I needed to smoke. But I cannot fault the staff who helped book our transfers to and from the airport as well as a trip to Auschwitz, they were great. TV is in Polish so I would suggest bringing a tablet to watch things on if Polish isn't your first language. There is a shop just opposite as well as round the corner, and it's about a 20 minute walk to main square. If I went to Poland again I would definitely stay at Emaus again.

I was disabled ♿ which they knew as my daughter emailed them before arrival, during our stay no attempt was made to move us to a different apartment even though they were available, five flights on the top floor, attitude of staff there was poor and they couldn't help with trips, taxis ect, glad to be back home, would never go there again.

The room was lovely plenty of space abd fukly equipped kitchen. No vendling machines within the building tho.

Staff were friendly. Hotel room was a bit cold but it was fine. Lovely modern apartment. If you don’t speak the language make sure you have access to Netflix or something for nights you’re staying in.

Great place for a little money. Comfortable, quiet, warm and all at hand. Thanks to the hosts and staff.

Incredibly helpful staff and great location. About 15-20 minutes walk to the main square. There is a bus and a trolley stop closer though. A farmers market one block away and a super market about two blocks away. Walking distance of Wawel Castle. Rooms are spacious and nicely taken care of. There is a laundry room free of charge. One washer of the two didn't work and the other is only so-so (doesnt spin clothes out fully) but there is a heated towel rack in the bathroom that works lovely to dry thicker clothes. Would definitely recommend this for long term or short term stays.

Very nice apart hotel, 20ish minutes walk from the old town / Wawel hill. One block from a farmer's market and right across the street from a corner store.

We stayed here from 26 to 29 nov 2017. We were so surprised at the size of our appartment. We had room 5. Was sometimes noisy but that is because workmen are working on the premises next door. This was not a problem as we were out and about. The apartment was spotless with a fully fitted kitchen hob, microwave, kettle etc. Hairdryer provided. Shower brilliant. Staff very polite and helpful. Litttle shop across road for milk etc. Daily market at end of street lovely to browse and very reasonably priced goods. We also booked massage treatments in our appartment. A young man named peter provided the treatments. I had a 30m back massage my partner a full one all for around £30 ABSOLUTE BARGAIN. The appts situated in old town around 15min walk to main square or taxi for around a fiver. Beautiful appartment in a beautiful town. Will def stay here again.

We got the top floor apartment which is quiet and gives a great view but you better like climbing stairs as there's a few. Staff seem friendly and apartment came with basics such as shampoo, shower gel and towels. Would definitely come back again.

The apartment was spotless. Beds were too and are very comfortable in 2 bedrooms. There is a large fridge, a cooker/microwave and a kettle for tea and coffee. There is a large dining table and chairs and a sofa. There is a flat screen TV with remote. There's a modern wet room with a great shower. It's a two minute walk to a great market and close to the town centre, castle and river. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

Very large clean and modern rooms within a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent rooms only two of us stayed for 4 nights very spacious, lovely & clean, mist thing are provided e. G. Towels washing up liquid hand wash etc … perfect
A little bit out the way but taxi charge was next to nothing to get into the city.

The apartment was really nice, clean, modern and good facilities. The sound isolation between the different apartments wasn't that great and with loud people on the floor above we were quickly annoyed. (do know that the people in the other apartment were making much more sound than normal people) Except from the sound we had a very good stay here for 3 days. Highly recommended.

It's a decent walk to old town but if you are able to walk it's a great place to stay. Clean, good sized rooms with friendly staff. A market at the end of the street with a great bakery.

Room is the best room ever. Hopefully, I can book it the next time and over again. Great reception and sitting lounge!
