Hotel

The worst hotel I have ever visited. Dirty carpets rarely hoovered, dust in the wardrobe, the towels seems to be dirty. There is a mould around the swimming pool and in sauna. There is a mess around the hotel and I would STRONGY NOT RECCOMEND it. The breakfast is so poor and cheap. The cheapest cheese, salam… and probably the most expensive item is egg.

Heavily understatement. Sauna couldn't worm up to more than 70C (no working thermometer inside). Doors didn't close. Bench broken. Facility needs a renovation.

It's ok for the price, but play a little extra for superiir room tho.

Hotel is placed on outer part of Krakow on absolut end of local road. Connection to centre by public transport is good or you can take taxi or uber. It's not expensive. Hotel was a little disappointment. The rooms self doesnt look bad. Furniture and room equipment is alright, but they should realy improve cleaning. You can see a lot of signs, that they dont care about about this. Drapery falling off, not cleaned washbasin or disintegrating isolation in loby doors… just for example. On other side, the hotel staf was nice and friendly.

For not exacting customers very good place to stay. Near city center, bus stop 10min walking. Breakfast and people great. Rooms not bad, old fashioned, little smally. Not perfect clean everywhere but ok. Swimmingpool clean and large, sauna not bad. Surrounding not nice but very quiet.

A little or no recommended place.
Upon arrival at the hotel during the afternoon we observed that it seemed all very dirty, the reception was full of cobwebs on every corner of wall and ceilings with lots of hanging chandeliers, dirty carpets, no beds, but chaise longues. The toilet did not swallow well, the trash in the bathroom without adequately collecting the junk of the previous customer… but at that time we left to the city without checking to what extent the place was infected.
After dinner, time to which the reception was already closed and we could not claim anything on site, just around the room we started to realize the extreme lack of cleanliness and attention of the place. The curtain fell as it ran and we began to see insects on the ground, both huge spiders running to their free will by the carpet, as other elongated and silver. The whole room is uncleaned for a long time.  
Faced with such an unforeseen refusal to give us the claim sheet.

Terrible… we arrived and had to sleep in the car. The whole room with bugs, spiders of a huge size, there are no beds, they are couches made bed, bath full of humidity, when we got to move the bed and saw the amount of bugs that we had underneath this we ran… if you appreciate your life and your time do not step on this Hotel Del terror.

Price content, the rest I prefer not to describe it.

What I didn't like was that the rooms were so dirty, full of spiderwebs and bugs. Hard beds that are really uncomfortable and literally hurt your back. The bathroom was also in a very tragic state, with bugs and all, but that was not the most tragic thing about it. The showerhead flew off when I opened the crane, the toilet didn't flush properly and tiny bits of excrement were still floating. Overall in the room, there was a lot of dust everywhere and I was disgusted. Some lamps didn't have lightbulbs or there was a lamp placed but there was no socket near it?! I was literally laughing at their stupidity. For this money it is not worth to sleep in such conditions. I really am shaken that this hotel calls itself superior…

Dirty dirty dirty. A lot of dust. Beds were not good. But okay it was dirt cheap. The shower was broken and spiders everywhere…

Too bad for some things, pool style, you had to pay apart, but not terrible frame.

For sleeping very good, friendly staff at any time again, very quiet.

The hotel is absolutely not for the team. The Manager is a person, not so much niesympatyczna that vile. Absolutely not suitable worker for this position. The lady at the front Desk as well. Can't answer the question properly, only |rushes|. After Breakfast me and my husband we were sick. Niehigienicznie cooked meals.

Discount coupon on the Czech internet works — half of the visitors were from the Czech republic… :) Quite nice little hotel in quiet destination… but separeted bed in room for two? Wtf?
