Overall it was good hotel to check in. Not at as like 5 star hotel but considering its price it is good to stay in… Also the reception deskand bellboy is friendly helpful and accomodating to your needs… Only the food is some on it is pricey and few option to choose, but if walk around for about 5 mins outside hotel you can see plenty of food stall, carenderia, fastfood, and also sm j mall.

Ive been a patron to this hotel for their cleanliness I also have a VIP card but today I am very disappointed the way their front desk act seems like this hotel lacks hospitability 🤣 what happen Andy?!

Hotel staff are rather accomodating and friendly. But the internet is so bad even with our datas on. It was a dead spot. I already saw the baby roaches as soon as we set in.
The worst part is the bed. My kids couldn't sleep bec. Of the itches. I notice rashes on my hands and arms as soon as we check out. Then saw more when we get back to manila. It's an overnight stay but I'll never recommend it to my friends and family.

Rooms was big enough however the BEDDINGS, PILLOWS AND COMFORTERS are the worst — smells like dangit, it smells like it was used before and not properly washed. The smell of the comforter was transmitted to my hoodie and it was so disgusting. I did notice until I covered my face with the blanket.
Small bugs are everywhere in the room.

Friendly and pleasant staff. Great location, walkable to different shops + the J Mall. Rooms are decent, appropriate to its value. There were little roaches inside the bathroom but for the cheap price, I guess you can’t expect much.

We rented 3 separate rooms. They were okay at first sight. But then small cockroaches will appear out of nowhere. I saw at least 5 small cockroaches during our 2 night stay. It’s utterly disgusting and unsanitary!
Airconditioner doesn’t get cold. TVs are too small and some of them are broken. They even wouldn’t let food delivery come to your room to leave the food infront of your door.

My stayed at Andy hotel was a delightful one. From the time I arrived the staff were very welcoming and a very hospitable. In making the check in process is efficient and smooth.
The stayed in a deluxe room which was clean and we'll appointed. The bed was comfortable, were you can rest and relax.
The hotel's amenities were top notch. The free Wi-Fi was fast.
The location of the hotel was ideal. It was walking distance to several shopping malls, tourist attractions and also it on the way to Mactan airport.
The restaurant offer all delicious and freshly prepared. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and attentive in their work.
In my overall stayed in Andy hotel it was a memorable one. Wherein I feel that I am a home away from home because all of this quality service, the excellent facilities and welcoming staff. I would highly recommend Andy hotel to anyone who is visiting the city whether for vacation or business.
