Among the business hotels in Iloilo City, I think Seda Atria, Iloilo delivers exemplary customer service. They have well-trained front of house staff who are pleasant and ready to extend help. They are polite, they speak well, they are attentive to the needs of the guests. Even the guards are helpful and polite. They are very well-trained. Case in point: we came in too early to check-in. The front desk offered us to leave our luggages and assured to call us as soon as there will be available rooms. We had to go to another location for an event and other meetings so carrying these bags would be such a hassle. She called us ahead of her promised time. Another one was when I needed to extend my stay because of an important meeting. I requested for a late check-out. The front-desk officer I spoke with went out of his way to help me. He was my life saver that day. These may seem basic and mundane but as someone who needs to do business in a tight schedule, they matter a lot. Seda in Iloilo is a decent hotel for business travelers. It is accessible to different offices and attractions in the city. I like that it is in a quieter, more relaxed location. Consider Seda the next time you visit Iloilo.

You cant really travel due to covid so I decided to spend my birthday here. The room is clean and spacious and the staff were as very accommodating. Special thanks to the F&B manager Ms. Sharmaine for the on the spot birthday pancake which I really appreciate.

If you’re looking for a great hotel with restaurant, I will definitely recommend Seda Atria. Restaurant only resume operations yesterday yet the service was exemplary in giving luxury kind of service. I would like to commend John of Misto Restaurant for being so helpful & flexible to our needs. He’s very welcoming! Breakfast was plated but you can get as much as you want & definitely you wouldnt wanna miss how delicious the foods are. Presentation wise was really good. Seda never failed us wherever branch you dine in. Will definitely dine again.

I'm someone who loves to have staycations in hotels and I've been to most of the top hotels in the country and I love how despite the fact that I wasn't a patron yet, they've served me really well. Especially Joy who was the person who was in charge of the front desk when I came here. I could count in one hand the hotels that left an impression on me that they care about their customers and Seda is one of them.

The staff are very accommodating. We have to leave early in the morning for the day tour. Since we can't avail of the buffet breakfast at 6am. The staff prepared sandwiches, water and boiled eggs for our breakfast to go at about 3am. Thank you for caring for your guests!

I stayed at Seda for two nights in November and the service is unparalleled. The staff are always polite and friendly, the lobby is gorgeous and welcoming, and the rooms are tasteful and impeccably clean. I stayed in a premier room, which was a corner on the 5th floor, and windows on two sides gave me beautiful, unobstructed views of iloilo city. The rooftop bar was nice as well, especially on a lazy night with a warm breeze. The assistant director Carlos personally inquired about how my stay was going, which I appreciated very much. I’m planning on staying there again, since I enjoyed my last stay. I have no doubt the room and service will be just as top-notch.

Very nice hotel. Warm, friendly, and accommodating staff. They offer a variety of food for breakfast: salad bar, egg station, pastries, and fruits are among the few. I love their bacon and coffee btw! They have a gym on the ground floor and a bar on the top floor. They are also adjacent to the Atria Mall.

Worth the pay, good food and good service.

Food and service are great. But their extra beds are creaky and noisy. And whenever we took a shower, water would flood the toilet floor.

The rooms look nice and clean but there are no welcome drinks for guests. It seems that the hotel needs more staff to meet their client's needs.

The whole experience of being in their hotel despite the rain was excellent. The staff was ready to help out event without asking for help with the baggage.

We stayed at Seda from july 14 to 19 and we came back july 21 to 22 from palawan vacation. Let me tell you something this hotel is one of the best hotel ive stayed in iloilo. The rooms were clean, the people were so polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet was terrific actually my daughters loved and was looking forward for the breakfast everyday which made us so happy and satisfied I have 2 people to recognize Edycel and Rose (cant remember the last name) throughout our stay they took care of us. My coffee was ready everytime I sat on the table… we have fresh fruits and extra bacon for my daughters… also the security guard at night Mike we had a talk and all they care about is the convenience and safety of the customers. I could have tried another hotel but because my daughters were so happy in SEDA we opted to stay and hopefully they will maintain their reputation because I would not have a second thought of going back there to stay!

Accomodation and food is good but water supply at 2nd floor is not that good.

You can smell the nice scent from the outside when the door is open. They got automatic rubbish bins which amazed us a lot.

We stayed in Seda Atria Hotel from May 30 to June 14. It was a really comfortable stay. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The area is also accessible and there is even restaurants in atria which is just down the hotel so we do not have to commute during lunch and dinner. We would definitely recommend this place to our officemates and friends. We appreciate the extra effort made by the assigned staff to clean our room. Special shout out to Kuya Myk who cleans our room and even made the extra effort to make a monkey for my son.

Food is good but not stellar. Ambience is great for the Bar's and Restaurant. A bit pricy but considering its a hotel and for more upscale travellers then it may be justified.

+ Points: Good location, easy access malls and good restaurants. Clean and well maintained room. High speed internet connection. Well stuffed breakfast buffet. Sleep was restful. — Needs to review. Was taken aback when front office staff requested for P2, 000 per night deposit when we were checking in. I thought only small inns practice this. Our accommodation was pre-paid by my daughter as a gift. Good thing I had cash on hand. 'Was thinking, how about if I arrange for guests? Have to forewarn them, prepare P2, 000 per night for deposit, even if I have already paid for their stay? Sadly, this was a huge let down as I was not expecting this from Seda.

Amazing Hotel. Staff are so friendly. Breakfast are awesome. Good location. Reasonable price. Very safe and clean location. The hotel was located beside the restaurant and bars. omg. The room was so clean and organize. The bed was huge and comfortable. Desiree from the upper deck bar was amazing as well as the female manager there. Just they dont have a pool, designated smoking are and you cannot pay online. i will definitely come back to this hotel again and I highly recommend to travellers.

Attentive, Friendly and patient staff considering I have a toddler who loves to scream and play in the lobby… I also love their buffet breakfast totally a catch! We were staying in the premier room and we find it okey just a bit small rooms in comparison of other hotels but what is important for us is it is clean and tidy. Location is a five star as it is next to Atria which are foods, coffeeshop and salon and alot more accessibility is also a thumbs up; they also have a rooftop bar which is handy to meet up with friends and family that wants some cozy place, prices is not bad too. Would surely recommend and go back to this place when in iloilo.

Customer service at the front desk during the day could be better. Night staff and restaurant staff are amazing. We booked a room with 2 beds because we have 2 children with us. Upon arrival we were told only rooms with one bed were available. We did get a cot at an additional charge. Breakfasts are amazing there is a lot of selection and an omelette station.

As a traveller, this is one of my favorite hotels whenever I am in Iloilo City for business. The hotel is quiet, with a restaurant serving good food, and is accessible by taxicabs. In addition, the price of the room is worth its amenities. Moreover, the rooms are clean, the hotel staff are nice and friendly, and the guests can feel secure.

Ooh, I'm lovin'this place. The place was elegant and not too crowded. Nice place to relax, and enjoy as well as bond with family. Though this place was a bit expensive but the services offered really paid it off. And I really enjoyed my breakfast. A lot of food choices. From veggies to meat. The different variety of dishes made me really happy. Hope to be back here soon.

One of the better hotels in City, good food, efficient and service oriented staff that deliver more than what is requested. Their roof deck bar has a great view of the city lights. A world of it's own and a must see place when in Iloilo.

Booked the hotel through booking. Com and my only complain is about that website, not Seda. The website wasn't clear on the total pricing, which was 20% more expensive when we got to the hotel, because booking. Com didn't include taxes. No doubt they had a fine print somewhere but it seems like they tried to hide it to compete with price online. Never use booking. COM! Seda Hotel was great though! The staff were really friendly and helpful, they provided a crib for out infant daughter which helped so much. The breakfast buffet included with the room was amazing, some of the best I've ever seen. The mini bar in the room was a little pricey as was the roof top bar but I guess that's to be expected and at least they had a rooftop bar! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, 10/10. Good work guys!

Location is good. The rooms are small, poor room layouts. I think the price os high for the quality of the rooms. The hotel is new but it is diminishing fast. Looks like the material used in finishing the room is cheaply made. Water pressurw is not a problem. The bed and pillows are comfy. In great condition ac. As to the staffs, they have great customer service and good food.
