Nice place to family weeked treat, child friendly pool. Nice food.

Very poor service, 3 hours waiting plus several follow ups before breakfast is served. Very disappointing.

I think they should have waiting areas for their visitors. We reserved a room and we came far away from the resort. You will have to check in @2pm which I think is very inconvenient since it's a resort not a hotel. We came there a bit early but we were not allowed to wait inside. Eventually, there are many other nearby resorts you can choose which are more accommodating and worthwhile. 😊

Saturday, 01-09-22 Accommodation — very far from usual and is not a family friendly resort. Paid for comfort not for stress. Absence of promo packages for big family outings. Discriminating and unhelpful security guard.

Entrance fee 200 per head, discounted for senior citizen with ID, corciege price depends of how many dishes you brought bit most of the time no foods allow. Foods and drinks are affordable. Nice pools, and clean sea water. Will definitely coming back here my boy enjoyed his experience at Bearland.

Stayed 18 months ago and visited for swim this time. Beautifully landscaped and fantastic pool/spa areas. Great accomodations, would highly recommend Bearlands to anyone. Will be back in ilolio next year and intend to stay again.

It's really worth to stay. We enjoyed the place, the suite which is our room are really amazing. It so spacious and we had a great experience.

Booked an overnight stay for my mom who wanted a getaway with the family. It was an overall pleasant experience. The only caveat was that we had to give way the next day and check-out early because there were 2 events at the resort, I think. But other than that, the food (try the grilled chicken and canton) and service were good. Plus, the place was clean and and pool was amazing (it doesn't smell of chlorine and had no sticky after-feel). Would recommend the Infinity pool and sunken bar. For those who can afford it, the cabanas are as luxurious as they say (we stayed there). All in all, would recommend, especially for family reunions and those who would love a quick, luxury getaway that's not too far from the city.

The place is somehow nice no doubt. But the service sucks. For real. You need to work on your services guys or better close. You literally can starve guests? Sobrang bagal sobrang kupad ng service niyo. The food sucks by the way, considering it’s a buffet, your staffs are very hesitant to give a little more food. Tapos makikita ko after maka eat lahat ng guests niyo, napakadaming food na natira? San niyo gagamitin yung sobrang daming tirang food from the buffet? Im curious. The staff aren’t even aware of their duties! Which is way more annoying. My friend asked them if we could go back if ever we weren’t satisfied with the amount of viand they are giving us, which is really so little (I mean guys, you call that moderate serving? I dont think so), then here goes all the staff feeling uncomfortable with our questions they went asking each other out “pwede ba? Pwede daw ba? Pwede ata”. Your food isn’t even tasty enough, if you’re talking about wanting the best for your customers? Well I think NOT. Also, please you need to be considerate of the weather conditions. Hindi yung basta may nag book sainyo ng event ay sige nalang ng sige? Wala ba kayong sariling isip to suggest sa mga organizers ng event na “ay sorry it’s going to be hot outside around 9am-12pm, so I think it’s best to do seminars indoors instead. ” May cover kayo for the sun light, pero the heat is penetrating the thin covers ng tents niyo, anong difference ng bilad sa araw? Wala.
