Decent Hotel with very friendly and experienced staff.

A hotel located in the heart of the city. It ia near to mall, market, restaurant and shopping center. It is accessible to public transportation. The place is clean, fast Wi-Fi, accommodating staff and most of all with breakfast. Price is reasonable.

Rooms are not clean well… we have to adjust mga staff… next time wag sabay sabay mag breabreaktime please… Staffs who always use their phones chatting especially staffs in the morning… we stayed here for 3 days and yeag everyday they use their phones. Very incosiderate. And I dont recommend this… many hotels in Iloilo that is offering a low price and yet gives you value to your money… and of course not this hotel…

Just a good hotel 6/10. When I arrived, as I approached the receptionist — she readily advised me that check in is at 2pm, as I was trying to tell that time if I can have a courtesy of early check in. when I checked in after 5pm due to work — they said I have my luggage checked in earlier in my assigned room — but the fron desk staff advised I have to wait for few moment to check the room? it was quite bizzare — coz they can give to me my room key card as I arrived. I asked… but they tend to be quiet, so I asked again and they said they're checking the room? not felt secured with this type of customer service. The room is clean, but the aircon is not that cool — the room felt warm and not comfy. I might not come back here again.

So far, I have not yet checked in. But the place is accommodating and has wide range of cakes to offer. Cake is life!

Great place to stay here in Iloilo. Very near Robinsons Place Iloilo and Super Wet Market. Also near main roads going to Jaro, Mandurriao and other places within the city. Their staff are also very helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Iloilo.

Budget wise but not compromising the quality of their facilities as well as the service. Very near at iloilo parola port if you're planning to go to Guimaras.

Experience was excellent, accommodation was very good. Wifi was strong. But what I love here in the the Rest, Tabla, they have delicious food.

The hotel room was great even though there's not much to look outside the window but still u get a good night sleep. Fair warning don't go walking around at night. It's like a ghost town in that area. Hehe.

Very inconsiderate. Especially female receptionists. Arrived at the hotel around 9am and they said we could check in around 1pm. Our convention would start around 2pm so it was good for us. We had time to eat so we headed out. Around 11:30am when we got back at the hotel they told us that we could only check in around 2pm, 2pm! We keep asking them if they could let us check in to one room for us to freshen up so that we won’t be late on our convention but they won’t budge. I know you have rules but I saw other people that you’ve permitted to check in even if it wasn’t 2pm yet. So, I don’t know what’s wrong with your service.

Clean. Comfy. Quiet. Near the mall and a catholic church. Huge cake selection for dessert paired with good strong coffee.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel is located near a shopping mall and a Catholic church. It's in the heart of downtown Iloilo. The staff are friendly, attentive and courteous. The room we got was spacious. There's free Wi-Fi (the pass code expires within 12 hours, you'll have to get a new pass code at the front desk). Everyday, the housekeeping replaced our towels, replenished our water bottles, instant coffee, toiletries, and cleaned the room. The breakfast buffet offered typical Filipino breakfast, with some cereals, pancakes and slices of bread. We also tried their dinner menu, and to our surprise, it was really good. Their cakes were awesome.

The rooms are cozy. They have clean and decent looking bathroom's for those that would need to look at the layout of the bathroom first before booking, like me. Only advise — do not attempt to walk the streets at night or the wee hours in this area. Risky, if you know what I mean. Overall a good place to spend the night or two.

Location is very good. There’s complimentary breakfast and check-in/out is easy. However there’s limited parking.

Very nice in terms of cleanliness, fast lift and good ambience in their restaurant and lobby. They have good customer service and reasonable price for everything. They have good buffet in the morning and very delicious caesar salad. Good Wi-Fi but there are rooms that dont have access and that's funny because I had to go to the corridor to have that access. But that's okay! I just thought it is kind of compressed because the restaurant is just adjacent to the lobby. Anyway, thank you GT for having us. It's good that government agencies have discounted rates. Haha. Nice one!

If I can give it 7 stars, I will. The room is astounding and is within your budget. It has a stunning modern design. And yes, the service is exceptional they address you professionally like no other customer.

Located in the old part of the city. Near the pier if you're doing inter island traveling. Nice friendly service. But the place needs a little cleaning up.

I stayed in Iloilo for one week and Gt was a part of it. Staying here gives so much comfort. We took the Family Room and as what I expected it was a really nice, the service was excellent the people who work at the front desk really knew what they're doing. All my queries have been answered, also if you ask for directions they will also assist you; how lovely isn't? Hope to back in Iloilo and probably will stay as well to GT, Thank you :) (P. S)

Nice clean room and hallways. Courteous and helpful staff except for the guard at the entrance who had no concern with the safety and security of their guests' vehicle. And to think, their parking space is only good for 4 vehicles.

OMG… I love the place… its like my second home… the restaurant Prima Bistro… I have tasted all their food. And… Bigger Tummy. 100% delicious. Visiting the place again and again and again…

Within the city, great accesibility to robinson, market and church.

Haven't had the chance to stay in their rooms but was able to attend a seminar in their function room near the restaurant. The internet connection was satisfactory, their food was very good especially the desserts! You can take away desserts and frozen/ready to eat Dimsum, too.

GT Hotel Iloilo is one of the finest hotels in the city, they served delicious and mouth-watering food locally made but internationally flavored. The ambiance is great and the people are hospitable. Can't wait to visit here again!

It wasn't peak season" P1300 for 1 night with free buffet breakfast. They advertised a King-size bed which was actually 2 double beds placed side by side. But still, the room and bathroom was clean. The air conditioning unit was working well. The hot water didn't take that long to heat up. It was modern with friendly staff. It's near a public market and a mall so albeit the non-picturesque location it's very convenient. Waaay better than the Grand Tower at Iznart street which was around the same price but was more of a cheap motel than a hotel.

Classy and affordable hotel. Very good rooms with modern design. Highly recommended when you stay in Iloilo.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and huge bed. Slow Wi-Fi, ants in room. Lizards everywhere. Localization close to Shopping mall — Robinsons. Close to ferry port to Guimaras. Neighbourhood not recommended for foreigners especially when it is dark.
