I used to stay in this hotel before the pandemic and it has never failed to deliver the expectations of a traveling executive. The food is decent the staff great the rooms equipped with all you need for your tired weary bones…. Until I came back april 2022 Wednesday. The place is now infested with cockroaches in the rooms and even in the restaurants. No matter how much you tell the staff the roaches are still pretty much around. I am checking out today and I see this problem shall continue until they really fumigate the whole place.

Checked in to beat the summer heat in their roofdeck pool. Beds are big. Foods at the flames is tasty and reasonable. Good rest. Good sleep and ready to face the week! thank you. See u again soon!

Slept twice here with a noisy room, been calling the receptionist but same thing goes on until wee hours of the morning. It is understandable that it’s on the guests but they could have done something because they also have other guests in other rooms.

Food is not good, service is not good, you can not add towels unlike the other hotels here in iloilo, no toothbrush and toothpaste. If you call housekeeping no one answers you. When ordering food they forgot that you ordered and you waited too long for the food to arrive. So disgusting that I do not want to check in anymore and I could not recommend this to any of my friends and relatives.

I would recommend it rooms are clean and also the pool.

I enjoyed the friendly prompt service, reasonable room rates and the gym is very well equipped. Its pool offers a lovely view of the iloilo seascape.

I almost swallowed a strip of plastic in their sotanghon and nobody cared. I told the waiter, a got a flimsy sorry from the waiter and that's it. I asked for the manager and they gave me an admin assistant because their manager was on leave. If you don't want to swallow non-biodegradable stuff, stay away from this restaurant!

Wow. 1st time namin dito maganda ang 360 view sa 10th floor. Maganda ang place overall.

We actually went there for their ktv. It's nice but pricey for such a small room. It has its own private comfort room, the reason maybe for being pricey. The foods are just ok.

Really good but the Wi-Fi is only good at the pool and the lobby+restaurant (my room was on the sixth floor so idk if that affected that but still) and the food at the flames (? ) restaurant is good and I Like the variation of dishes you can eat for breakfast. It's a pretty place and a comfortable stay :)

We stay in this hotel for two days and the hotel is nice but at night is very noisy. And during check in no one warn us about the rule in the room. The house keeping is dis honest we left my daughter slide sleeper in the room but no one return to us intead the charge me a the item that they dint find but just there in the room also. Charge me a dirty towel. After we pay the high price also for two days we stay the only allowed to eat breakfast once. This place is very nice good location in the center city but also need improvement. From. Thompson.

Had a great stay during our convention. The staff has been very accommodating and very friendly. And I must mention the pool by the way, it was very nice.

The hotel staff are extremely and well trained polite. The food is not that bad. We actually atechere a few times. The infinity pool is amazing! The rooms are nice and clean. There is also a nice chines and Japanese restaurant connected to the hotel. All in all it's beautiful!

Four stars for now. The service and staff are good. Stayed here for three days and my group and I was taken good care of. Sometimes the service is slow and I think they should improve on that. I asked for a menu and I have to call 3 times before they sent it to my room. Breakfast is good but needs to improve in pairing meals. I like their scrambled egg though. In general, staying here was good. The hotel was very accessible to our guests. More more more!

The facilities, toiletries, bed sheets and bed room slippers were properly provided like I'm home away from home…
Plus free breakfast and swimming pool all in just very affordable price… Wow!
Why spend much higher in other hotels if your stay and experience in Grand Xing is just the same or even more?
Hope this service won't change and if happens, that would be for the better!

The place was so nice! has a luxurious ambiance the place was very relaxing especially at the pool area where we celebrated our father's birthday… the food was tasty and affordable at the same time It was all worth it! accomodating and approachable staffs… thanks for making our day relaxing, fun and memorable!
