Stayed here for during Philsutech. Location is ideal as it is a 10min walk or a 5min (depending on traffic) car/taxi ride to Waterfront. Also very near IT park and dining establishments.

The place is near Fuente Osmena Circle, which is in the heart of Cebu. It's just one ride away from Colon Street and another ride to Ayala Cebu. I find the place a bit old, but it is relatively clean.
