The staff is good, but the facilities are very few. Aside from the air conditioned room, the facilities are similar to a campsite. You need to bring your own soap and toilet paper, and there are no showers, just taps and buckets. They have a fridge you can use, and some kitchen facilities, but no soap or sponge to wash dishes.
It has a good ambiance here and also near on the church and near on the fast food like mcdonalds and dunkin donuts.

Made a reservation to this property last year for my yearly Sinulog attendance thru HostelWorld app and unfortunately, on the day of my arrival, I was denied to stay saying they're no longer affiliated with the service provider. Did not even tried to help us look for alternatives and instead keep on saying we're not the only ones who faced the same problem.
It made me wonder why they never contacted me that they're not working with HostelWorld anymore when I emailed them weeks before the booking date.
So yeah, 1 star is not enough for the stress they gave me. This is a warning for those who are planning to make a reservation to this property.
